5 ★The app may not be upto the mark, KakaoTalk is still far behind the other chat apps, but I still enjoy this platform to interact with Korean people and making new friends from other countries
3 ★My friend is having troubles with there kakaotalk, they can't send or receive texts at all on the app they have checked for updates and they have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app and it still isn't working, and me and my friend can't figure out what I going on please fix that issue
5 ★Been using it since 2010. Ive asked but still no simple way to schedule a text for future delivery...even with regular SMS one can do that. I keep recommending this addiitional feature
1 ★It is not good messenger for foreigners in Korea. I had to wait around 1 month for simple phone verification! Kakao pay is also not working! It really sucks! Moreover you guys don't have English service for foreigners. I recommend using other messengers
1 ★This app banned me right after i registered and i didn't know why. I used my own cellphone number, added friends via the app's auto add contact then verified my account using 2 emails. I explored the app and when i got to open chats i suddenly can't join, which means I've been banned right off the bat. I've messaged support many times and it seems they can't do anything about it. At this point this app is a waste of space 🗑️
2 ★the latest version is weird. I accidentally tap on Labs and it suddenly appear on my laptop screen. even after i closed Kakaotalk, it still there. Please put the exit button on it too.

4 ★the update v8.2.1 stopped my notifications, no combination of settings will bring them back. Clearly a bug, kakao customer service are no help. Rolled back to previous version to get notifications back Edit: issue resolved many, many updates later
