1 ★I created a profile with the app a while ago and received a thank you message letting me know they would get back to me. I never got a response even after emailing them almost two months ago. When I log into the app, all I get is the same "thank you for signing on, we'll get back to you message".

2 ★My app does not work correctly in over a month so I miss out on a lot of deliveries. I even went and bought a new phone the other day and it still does not work
