1 ★After trying to connect I called the tech number. The reason why I cannot connect is because my Silverado has an over 8500lb GVW rating. That is over their limit. This is B'S. Pathetic. Waste of money and effort. Don't waste your money.
1 ★Have owned it 3 years, was always slow but gave cel codes. Justredownloaded app & gives fault for diagnosis codes menu. Performance menus& others work. But other Avenue for cel codes leads to subscribtionoptions. Are you fing serious! Congrats! You found the best way to lossyour customers! I will find amazon & anywhere else to leave you badreviews. I bought your product once! Not enuf for you!
5 ★Well i have had this app for quite a few years, works great on every vehical i have connected to gas or diesel. I dont know what everyones crying about. Wish everything was free though. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
1 ★App constantly crashes and freezes and when I finally got it to stay running it was not able to connect to the device. No wonder it was on sale for $40 down from $139. I tried this on 15 vehicles and had the same results each time plus I tried the app on multiple devices and no change. Reading the comments I see it needs constant Internet connection to work? Why? I'm using it in the middle of nowhere so it's completely useless. Meanwhile my friend bought one from China through ebay for $10 and it works perfectly and doesn't ask for redundant info or need Internet.
1 ★This has to be the worst of all time app I have ever used and to think it's still on Google play with all the bad reviews. Come on Google take it off. Me and everyone else has lost money with this. Pretty soon your credibility (Google) will be gone.
1 ★Paid $100 for this from auto zone. Had a problem getting it to link to my truck called tec support told them I was trying to use it on a 2011 ram 3500. 6.7L Cummings. He got it to connect. Worked OK for a few weeks. Even let me buy the subscription for it. then started having problems out of it so called tec support again. I was then told that it will not work on my truck at all. When I asked why there was nothing at all about it not being compatible with my truck on the box or any where in the app or app store why did the first tec guy not tell me it was not compatible on the day I got. It. All he kept saying is that it wouldn't work with my truck. I'm more the mad at this point as far as I'm concerned this company is a pos. I'm out over $100. Oh ya also won't work on my 03 gmc 6.0. Gas. Or my sisters 05 gmc 6.0 gas, moms 04 Honda gas, dads 98 dodge gas.
1 ★This app and the code reader are both NFG needs a Wi-Fi connection to run the friggin thing and you need to subscribe to get the codes... Wish that they would advertise their products honestly and tell you that it is a subscription based product.
1 ★Well it wont connect to the 3211a dongle, so essentially it is useless. Tech support seems to know less about their product than I do so again, useless.
1 ★Absolutely garbage now. use to be great when you actually updated the damn app but the last update was in 2017. BS 100 bucks for a worthless piece of junk.
2 ★Problems connecting. Problems selecting vehicle. Problems with always beingon in background (forced to use force close). And problems with constantlyasking to connect to Bluetooth dongle when phone is out of range. Terribleapp.
3 ★Works well when it works takes a minute to get it to work properly. Wantsto keep freezing up the first few tries.
1 ★Brand new out of the box, follow all instructions, enter vin finally get the screen to see codes and consistently get and error message the device belongs to another user. Wish I had read all the reviews first, hopefully I can return it.
