The application can be used by taxi operators worldwide. All you need is an Android phone for each driver and a computer connected to the internet for the dispatcher. Any place. Any currency. Any time.
Real-time Dispatch
Dispatch can be automated or handled manually. Only vehicles who are logged in and free can receive a trip. Trips appear on the PDA and are saved on the PDA for 24 hours.
Multi-Logic Dispatch
The dispatch can be set to use a queue-based First In First Out (FIFO) model or a Nearest Available Car or Cars model.
Status Update
Drivers can update their status from their Android in real-time. The status can be set to FREE, BUSY or AWAY. FREE indicates the driver is logged in and available to take a trip. BUSY indicates in- trip status and AWAY indicates a non-trip BUSY status (example: in car wash, servicing, etc)
Real-time Tracking
As a Taxi Company, your Dispatcher or Administrator can track all the logged in vehicles in real-time on Google Maps by logging into the web application by using a computer with web access.
Customer Information Management
Once entered, customer information including multiple addresses, telephone number, etc can be saved on system. This helps avoid re-entering information for repeat customers. Also, key Points of Interest (POI) can be saved on system and used to dispatch vehicles.
Trip Management
Dispatchers can enter in new trips phoned in by customers. Trips can be viewed, edited, saved, resent or deleted. You can even view who entered in the order based on the order takers initials or who changed it. Trips can be booked for up to a year in the future. All trips are automatically assigned a Trip ID by the system.
In-Vehicle Navigation
The solution uses Google Maps available on most Android phones to provide navigation support. Voice and Turn by Turn Navigation is also supported.
Event Notification
Drivers can enter in event information such as toll route taken, wait times, baggage charges, etc using their PDA and this information is sent to the server application and stored in database.

5 ★Logistrics taxi is a excellent app and it is so easy to use. I've been using this app for sometime now and whenever I have had any questions or concerns there has always been someone there willing to help me. We are currently working a 40 vehicle fleet with this app and everyone in the fleet loves the simple to use features.The way you can just tap the address and it goes directly into the gps mode guiding you directly to your address.My dispatchers also love the features as well, no more watching the clock worrying about releasing a time call on time, this app does it all for you, all you have to do is enter the information. This app really does everything for you besides drive the car. The best part about it is that it very,very affordable, we found out about this system by a crook that was trying to charge us hundreds more than what it really cost, i seen his review, "indy pl" he must have been exposed because he seems angry, o well thanks Logistrics Taxi, you've been a great help to my business....
5 ★I like that the solution does what is says it does. Its stable, 100% uptime for the past several months and the new interface is really cool. Avoid Samsung Notes as they do not work for some reason when there are calls. I use an Acer and it works fine. Also Verizon works really well (maybe good coverage?) for this solution. Haven't tried other networks besides Verizon. Reports are downloadable although if its large amounts of data it takes a while. Daily reports work well. Its only when one wants an entire month at a time, it takes a while. I received an email recently about the booking app for customers which supposedly works on all smart phones. Haven't tried it yet. Plan to keep using.

1 ★I signed up only to find the program a time limited demo. Monthly fee required. I created a unique email and they SOLD MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO A SPAMMER!
4 ★I love how responsive they are when you have ideas and suggestions, whether it's a problem you're having or feature that should be available but isn't
3 ★The older version worked better. The collapsing order view in the corner instead of across the top needs to be optional. If you have multiple orders with the same time you lose time looking through it. Also and most frustrating is the Google maps now is inaccurate 30% of the time resulting in missed fares and incorrect dropouts and therefore upset customers.
1 ★On pc and android. Not straight forward. Definitely not a professional solution.
