2 ★The app doesn't provide availability of activities, so you book and get charged and finally your booking get cancelled. I guess you have to confirm availability and clearly display it,before charging people. Also it took so long to get my money back.
1 ★DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Booked my hotel and flight, paid with PayPal pay in 4. Twenty minutes later they canceled by bookings because they didn't get payment despite the money coming. Called customer service and it turns out that because they are an "international company" PayPal doesn't allow processing within their 20 minute time frame. They requested that I call PayPal for a special authorization and then rebook the trip. Well, the money is out of my account now so I can't book it again.
1 ★worst booking system ever. I've tried to book the hotel with different cards and payment first looks fine but after a few minutes the money comes back without any ways to confirm the deal. Stupid support bot answers "here is hotel selection list" for the request like " payment fail support" ( ans i've tried many times.
1 ★Terrible booking system, terrible customer service, instead of savings money on a flight I ended up paying a lot of money for their mistake and all they could come up with is sorry. But no refunds no discount nothing. Avoid, there's a lot of better apps around with better customer service
1 ★No purchase confirmation or evidence of the card received. Couldn't purchase tickets even though showed as available for the times I needed them. In the last step message pops up that there are no tickets and then offers tickets for £200+ instead. Absolute rubbish! Wanted to speak to someone but there is only automated chat and the number you call doesn't connect you to a person, only says that 'my number hasn't been used to buy tickets' so I get disconnected. Waste of money! Dissapointed
1 ★not easy to use, restrictions aren't mentioned ahead of purchase, tickets bought in app can't be used in app, you must go to a mainline station to get them printed from a ticket machine. absolute nightmare to use and now the railcard I bought in the app has vanished as well. absolutely do not recommend whatsoever!!.
1 ★Very bad service. Too slow to process the requests. I have booked ticket by them and they informed me the flight has been canceled and they asked my permission to change my flight to different city and I had no choice but to accept. Even after I accepted the change they did not process my ticket. My flight should be on 10.12.23 which is tomorrow and still didn't get any update from them or follow up. First contact was on 7.12.23 and I had to follow up on 8th since then nothing. Not trust worthy
1 ★Terrible customer service and technical problem. I booked flight ticket through their website and when I checked in online. My boarding pass has been sent to someone's email address not my email address. I contacted them and got the reply that I can not check in online and have to check in at airport. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN
5 ★The best travel app! I've been using this app for almost 5 years. All I can say they have the cheapest rates and flights out there based on my experiences! CS reps are also prompt and professional!
5 ★My booked flight was rescheduled, Trip initiated a direct all to my mobile to notify me, and sent an email to notify me. Make me grateful and appreciate the efforts. Even more touching was it provided the conveniences of cancel for refund or reschedule my flight with button ready in the email. The process was easy and direct, and all information is clear They even calculate the difference on the spot, and we keep informing how much we get a refund or need to top up.
3 ★I like the app but you need to make the calendar show more prices, it's only available between some airports and only shows you two weeks ahead. Google flights shows months ahead and between all airports. Would be 5 stars if it did this.
5 ★Helpful staffs and all, Horrible Nepal airline - they try to help me best what they can do... It didn't work but I felt some relief. After that I use this app frequently. Skyscanner didn't give the right price anymore. I navigate via skyscanner best price then the lowest price immediately changed up or not exist.
