1 ★I wanted to submit a complaint but no option found in the app. call 310 is not getting complaints. I have 150 all net minutes but I can not call.
1 ★3rs class app. Worst Quality mobile app. I've been trying to subscribe an offer for last 6 hrs and no success no proper human readable messags. No reason why I can't.
3 ★App is an excellent design but honesty is the problem of company, they don't give me access to free data as they promise of 6GB on downloading the app. I am very disappoint from this company.
1 ★Services are going very bad and App doesn't work properly . Sometimes it activates packages itself . In short, Zong services are getting worse day by day
1 ★This app lets you down at will. When you are subscribing for a package, you sometimes get a failure message. Upon trying again, it will subscribe the same package twice. Of course, you will be charged twice too. This is just ridiculous. To make it worse, when you contact customer services, they wouldn't have a clue what you are talking about. Cheap and shambolic experience in this day and age.
3 ★Such a bad network has bring such useless app when i subscribe any offer they deduct more balance then they say i subscribed daily day time offer they deduct 22 PKR and price was written only 16 PKR and the reward system is so cheap when i play i got just 10 or 20mbs jazz is the best they dont deduct any extra balance and they give more mbs free their new sim offer is outstanding 2 month free their network is available 24 hours but zong 4g in my city is available less then 6 hours go zong go
