1 ★Act I: The update has frozen this app on my phone, android version 7.0. It won't let me log-in, reset the password, or create a new account. The only thing it does do is send the captchka to my email. Act II: Uninstall, re-install, turn on location setting, re-scan the bluetooth; now it seems to work, but its cumbersome. I am hoping with any additional updates that it will go more smoothly. Shouldn't have to go through that for an update!
1 ★I have my watch for one day and I can tell you I don't like it, it doesn't count steps correctly, the sleep option is inaccurate, the flip wrist to see the time doesn't work as quick as it should. But what do you expect from a cheap fitbit knockoff, watches and apps like these do need to do better if not they will be out of business soon enough.
1 ★Kinda disappointed, the watch, this app is for isnt showing text messages. It rarely stays connected and many of the features don't always work for that reason. Also the sleep tracking feature is disappointing because it only tracks your sleep if you sleep from9 pm to 6 am I think. And I'm a night shift worker so I work those hours and sleep during the day. Someone should consider us night workers as I'm not the only night shift worker. Steps are tracked just by arm movement.
5 ★------Edit Review: Sleep pattern is now working since the update. I also figured out the loud sound just needed to turn off on the anti- lost function phone. ------- My First review on this app and I give it a 1 star...The sleep function will not record and it makes a loud sound on my phone when I am not near the watch. How do you shut that off and get the sleep to record.
2 ★It works, but lacks usefulness. Functions - heart rate, steps, etc, depend on the tracker tied to the device for information so won't address those deficiencies. No accumulated data - all you get is today and then it's gone, so there is no way to use these trackers and this app as historical record for medical or fitness purposes.
3 ★I bought a fitness watch and this was the app linked to it. I was impressed by the functionality of the app, and how well it monitors heart rate automatically as well as measuring blood oxygen and even blood pressure. The sleep monitor function worked well too. THE REAL DOWNSIDE is how much battery power it takes from my phone! And even turning off the watch and leaving it in its charger, force-stopping the phone app and turning off Bluetooth, after a time the phone would alarm with "lost phone".
1 ★The step counter is way off, the calorie counter is not even close, the sleep monitor doesnt work at ALL, the messaging notification only works sometimes, but like... it tells time so... theres that i guess. Theres also zero ways to get in touch with the company to ask them how to fix it. Extremely dissatisfied in this product. Probably going to return it and go with a different company.
1 ★Sucks now. Ive been using this for at least 3 months solid NO issues what so ever.. I wake up to start mt day an I have been fighting to keep the watch connected.. The only new change is the app keeps showing me blood pressure an temprature check.. Wow amazing! But my brand watch doesnt offer those features.. So the app disconnects the band... What good does this do me if its not connected an tracking what I need?... Now going to shop for a fit bit...
1 ★I downloaded this app as the one for the ZTech watch I bought on Today Show Deals and Steals. The app is a not functional and quit franly neither is the watch. It is impossible to set the time on the watch without the app. Since the app is none functional, the other functions of the watch are useless as well. The box says Smart Watch and the SKU for it is NWTR040. If you are thinking about buying this watch and getting this app, I would highly recommend against it. When I asked for technical support, what I received was the same crappy directions that came with the watch. So my recommendation is AVOID BUYING THIS JUNK. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY! I am very disappointed in my purchase and even more disappointed in the level of support from the manufacturer.
2 ★App does not work correctly. Not accurate for weather and no way to edit to fit problem. Sleep cannot be edited to correct errors. FitBit app can be corrected and is superior in accuracy. No way to contact developers to have errors corrected. App needs work to improve. At this time I can only say that it Is a cheap watch that is not well thought out.
1 ★Keeps telling me to finish sync, but nothing has worked. I have unbound then bound it again. It won't allow me to sign in with the email I used to register the account. I feel the bpm is inaccurate as I do intense workouts and the calorie burner is also inaccurate as it says I haven't even burned 100 calories. -1/10 would not reccomend along with the l8star fitness tracker I bought that needs this app.
1 ★I can't get the phone to pair with the device and every time I try to register it tells me registration failed.
