1 ★At first I wanted to try this out and I opened the app and went to get started I pressed on the model I had and it said I had no wifi when I do! I try a few more times and It wasnt working so I went to the website and went to go get help they never replyed to me.
1 ★I just installed this so excited to be able to use to team up with my sister on our health goals (shes an iOS and I'm an android user) but it won't even let either of us get past set up. No issue changing my review if this is solvable. Hope so! If not, moving on to a better app.
1 ★I was given the Up3 as a gift awhile back and decided to test it out. I tried downloading and setting it up on my tablet but the account setup submit never went thru. I tried to connect the bracelet but kept getting the must connect to internet required. So I then tried to go through the internet on my laptop to find there website for setup and support has been moved or deleted. They basically have taken people money and then dissappeared but still allowing people to buy & download the garbage.
1 ★I purchased the item, it's only an UP The app doesnt support just UP's only the newer versions, it redirected wanted to.redirect me to an app the supports just the UP jawbone's and once in google play, I was informed there is no such app. So now it's useless because I cant register or track it.
2 ★I just got an UP 3, and when I go into the app and select my band, it says there is no internet connection even though there is. I have tried different wifi networks, and my data. I have also uninstalled and installed the app multiple times. Please help!
1 ★App wouldn't work, even though I had a good Internet connection, when I would go select my type of tracker, it kept saying "no Internet connection" tried uninstalling and installing again and tried my WiFi, still wouldn't work.
1 ★I downloaded the app, tried to set up the up3 jawbone it said I needed an internet connection which I have; clicked 'ok'... nothing happened. selected the up3 jawbone again...same thing happened. uninstalled the app started from scratch no luck. this app and jawbone is garbage.

1 ★Jawbone was sold and liquidate as of 2018. They have shut down their servers amd the company sold their bands to 3rd party companies. This is why they are still readily available on the market. I am a techy and though i could find an app that could pair with my Up24. Sadly no. The company did not sell their coding technology to anyone in the liquidation. Jawbone will not work with any other app. Do your homework on altenatives for fitness trackers that is right for you.
2 ★Used this before, lost the bracelet and now found it and redownloaded the app but every time i tey to request to change my password it keeps saying i need internet connection even though my internet is connected and works just fine for everything else.
