3 ★There is algorithm issue in metric system, it is not calculating the distance properly, I'm walking daily 6.8 kms but it shows only 4.2 kms, and showing less burning calories, I installed other fitness apps which shows proper distance, Even I re-checked the distance with my car ODO meter which shows 6.8 kms. While other fitness apps showing the same. Need to fix and update in next version. What is the accuracy of (Spo2, heart rate, and BP)...?
1 ★When I first got the watch, it connected to my phone with no problem. Now after about a month, it won't connect to my phone. I have tried all the steps to correct this issue but nothing has worked. I am not HAPPY! This was a mother's day gift and I can't even use it now.
1 ★Latest update made everything worse, no dial centre watch faces to upload, Bluetooth issues, etc. Aren't updates supposed to improve the overall experience? Fix this but get it right this time as you just made the experience of owning this watch horrible. I don't even want to wear the damn thing now so thanks for that.
3 ★I've had the watch for 5 weeks and its lowest pulse every night is 41 bpm. BP is always 145/85. Both these measurements have been measured by other means and can fluctuate from night to night between 37 bpm and 42. My BP is normally around 135/75, though at one stage, 4 weeks ago, it was elevated to figures closely aligned to what the watch recorded. The activity tracker seems to work well. Perhaps a firmware update would help if it's possible to achieve.
2 ★Sync with the watch fails very often, works slowly. During the training app warns even for moderately elevated heart rates. The app does not use Android's built in TTS :instead it is using a voice that sound as announcer on a boxing match. Find my phone does not use system function for ringing at full volume, but plays its own ringing sound with the same loudness as last used when playing music - this is useless for finding a phone
1 ★There are so many issues with this app and watch. Sleep monitor doesn't work. I clocked up over a thousand steps whilst in bed. Firmware doesn't update even though update was detected. All this and the watch is seven days old. Doubt I'll get a reply but rest assured I won't be buying your products again. 0 stars if I could
3 ★If it's got IP68, why there is no swimming activity in it? Especially that your pictures state it was in the application before. That's the only feature I'd appreciate in the new update, please do consider it, it's the only reason I got the band for. As well - why does it not support Google Fit? Is it that difficult? :(
3 ★I gave this watch/app a 3 star because for me it does what it's supposed to for the most part except some times it's off with the steps. I walk alot at work and it doesn't seem to pick it up, I figured it was the pace anyways besides that the watch battery doesn't last and I don't use my watch that often. I have alarms set turned off to see if it will help. I don't have app notifications running because it's annoying and it drains battery. The sync with phone is off battery for watch in app wron

5 ★Thanks for the great app. This has been a very helpful app for me to track my daily workouts. A question I have here. is it possible to get the data out of the app or from the smart watch in an automated manner (not by typing the reading manually in a spreadsheet)? I have certain goals regarding my weight and body fat. I have a separate measurement scale (weight, BMI, body fat and a lot more) from where I have managed to collect the data automatically. Now I would like to merge my steps, calories burned etc. from this app/smart watch to see how my goals are getting met by doing the regular workouts. Is there a way to get the data out? I am attempting to build my own separate react-native app to connect to the device (Bluetooth Low Energy), I am able to read the characteristics of everything available from the device but I am not yet able to interpret the actual reading of "steps" and other readings from the device. Sorry for asking this question in the review section here. But if you could share the way you have managed to read the reading here then that would be very very helpful.
1 ★Previously, everything was fine. But after the last update, the watch doesn’t notify me about calls. Please be mentioned that, 'call reminder' was turned on the whole time. Solve the issue and get more stars.

My watch cannot update .. glory fit app can detect my watch and detect newest version but no option to proceed install latest newest update only have option check for updates when i click check for updates it's also come again check for update not button option for proceed to new update
