3 ★At first I thought this band was ok. But after a week the app keeps disconnecting from the band. The sleep monitor seems to think everyone wakes up at 8am... Bit stupid!! Specially when some of us have sleeping disorders and have a totally different sleep pattern. Even told me I was asleep at 11pm one night... I was working!!!! Sort ya friggin app out! Or find someone who Can! Update: after walking to my car in a very light misty rain, the band stopped working completely.
3 ★I like the convenience of this app paired with the device. however I just had to uninstall then reinstall this app because the app would not open. It would crash every time I tried to open app to sync my watch. Upon reinstalling this app, it asked for a sign in that would not send an email verification but I was able to skip this and re-enter my info. Now my watch is linked and synced and back to normal. Hope this helps someone experiencing the app crashing
2 ★Worn it regularly for 2 weeks... Does NOT keep an accurate step count(my girlfriend has a different brand, so I know 100% it's inaccurate). Sleep timing is way off. While it charges, it counts that as you sleeping. It considers you sleeping if you're in the vicinity where you sleep and are not moving. But, heart rate monitor seems accurate. Since installing the app, my phone has been acting up. Screen goes black and freezes. I have close out my apps and re-open them. And now, I get pop-up ads!
1 ★If you experience always FC after update and still want to continue using your health band: 1. find apk ver 2.3.4.2 (it is the latest USABLE working version) . 2. Uninstall latest version 2.6.x (the always force close apk), and say goodbye to your old apk data 3. Install apk ver 2.3.4.2 and pair your band 4. NEVER EVER update this apk again...
1 ★No matter what i try i cannot get this app or the smart bracelet its supposed to be linked to to work. It doesnt record any steps like its supposed to. Doesn't give ur heart rate or anything. It tells time pretty well. Thats the only reason it gets any star at all. Did i get ripped off?? Whats wrong with it?? I really needed this thing or i wudn have bought it. Theres no number to contact the company or i wud. Anyone know what to do besides delete this app and smash the band to pieces??
1 ★TERRIBLE. DOESN'T EVEN WORK AT ALL. Followed all instructions precisely... over, and over, and over...Bought a JOLT Sport HR. Doesn't keep accurate data because it will never initialise with my android phone (via the 'DayDayBand' app). I got ripped off with this cheap fitbit wanna-be. Taking it back to retailer and happy to spend 3 times as much on a fitbit Alta HR instead. A complete, frustrating waste of time. :(
1 ★Instructions are intelligible as they are written in pigeon English and do not make sense. Put new activity tracker on at 12pm and it just stopped recording at 6pm. I have no idea how to re-start. To be honest complete waste of money in buying the Tracker from Groupon. Would not recommend.
3 ★The app worked well with the smartband watch at first, but then my phone said that it had some kind of malware, so I deleted it. Before, the app crashed many times, but all I had to do was reopen the app then it would work. I hope they fix this soon I can use it again.
3 ★The app is a bit confusing to set up when pairing and connecting, keep pressing or clicking underneath the pairing prompt ? It doesn't record all your steps, I did change hands but it still doesn't record all your steps. No place to see heart rate, cant see it recording or tracking. A very basic fitness tracker, ok for the on sale price of $15
3 ★I have days that just dont register, both in sleep and steps. The battery can drain in a short time frame and other times I still have half battery when I charge it in the morning. I charge it every morning while I'm in the shower. It's a good product for first time owners, but I now know what to look for when I replace this one. It sometimes has me walking when I'm driving on side streets. Like I said, it's a good product for first time users.
1 ★wildly inaccurate. it said i took a little over 300 steps for the entire day. I took that many steps just to get to my car. i wanted to replace the app on my phone which is highly accurate, with a wearable device so i didnt have to keep looking at my phone. this is a complete fail. dont bother.
1 ★Sucks!!! Was directed by another user to this app to accompany the Gem Activity Tracker, because the original app is nonexistent. This app sucks too. It will not see the tracker at all. No, I will not continue to use it, and definitely will not allow it to write over other apps on my phone. DELETED!!!
