1 ★The connection between watch and app absolutely sucks. On a good day ittakes 3-5 tries to synch data. Today I tried 20 times (!!) and it's stillnot updating my data in the app. A week ago it synched data, but only forthat day, without data from the previous 2 weeks - all of that data waslost! + today I was asked to do an update which should take anextraordinary amount of 10-15 minutes (!!) during which time I should notswitch from the update screen. Guess what? The update took over half anhour!! Very disappointed with the above issues. Update: after half a daymanaged to synch data, the app shows data only from today!! Last four dayshave been lost again!!

1 ★This watch will not connect with my phone. I have tried everything and it still will not work. Very frustrating since I was looking forward to getting this watch.
1 ★At length translation of the days of the week was corrected after 4 month - so fast. Autostart is still not available - after phone reboot need manual start application, but without the Internet it does not work. Contactless payment is still not implemented for Russia. On the main screen, the phone search link disables the phone find function in the application menu - absurd. У приложения нет автозапуска после перезагрузки телефона. Русский есть, но никак не могут исправить перевод дней недели. Бесконтактная оплата не работает - обещают, но опыту ожидания перевода, ждать можно долго. Updated 31/01/2018 Перевод дней недели исправили. Автозапуска до сих пор нет. Без интернета не работает. Бесконтактная оплата до сих пор не реализована. На основном экране линк поиска телефона отключает функцию телефона в меню приложений - где логика не понятно. .

2 ★The wrist is disconnected from my phone immediately get out my app (not logged out!). It is frustrating. On my last iphone SE, worked very fine, but on Samsung Galaxy A5 2017, is not connection. I send you a mail, to your customer support team.
2 ★There is bad translation to the other languages except english, so I changed the language of my phone to use it on english The app is not intutively at all The connection with the warch is bad, so it does vibrate whet it disconnect each time, which is ennoying Basically mykronoz watch looks nice, but the app and interface need working on

2 ★All in all, the watch and its app is a dissapointment for me. First, the watch is basically useless without connecting with the app. To connect the phone with the app, you need to login, which requires online internet connection. It is problematic when you are abroad for example. I have no clue why a plain BT connection is not enough. My other watch works like a charm without internet. What is also frustrating is that if the watch drains out (which happens quite a lot and quite fast) it forgets the current date and time. The only way to fix it is to connect with the app, which implies online login again. You cannot set up anything on the clock itself. I would expect much much more user centric and usable app and device in these times when there are abundance of similar stuff out there competing with each other.
