1 ★This app is terrible!! It keeps asking for my password and as soon as I start to enter it the page refreshes and asks again for my password. Very frustrating. I want to uninstall and reinstall thinking maybe that will straighten it out. It won't let me uninstall!! AAAAHHHH!!!!
1 ★I love Verizon but I don't like that this app is so poorly made, it always gives me the option to sign in using my fingerprint but when I try to enable that feature it doesn't work, also it never leaves me signed in when I tell it, another thing is it gives me wrong data readings, somebody please fix this app and make it more user-friendly
3 ★My issue is not with the Verizon tablet version necessarily my issue is with my Verizon. I've been stuck locked out of my account for probably a year now and I've called twice at people try to solve the issue and no one's managed to do so so I can't access my accounts see how things are going nothing. So 3 is the best I can give anything related to Verizon
1 ★I use to have this app on my LG 8.3 tablet before factory reset. Due to no more software updates available and glitches. I'm not able to reinstall this app on the tablet. I rate this app 0 stars. I've reached out to Verizon and LG for support w/ several attempts. Both have failed to come through and fix the issue.
2 ★Slow to receive the information you input. Like when you first login. Even if you input your user name and password correctly, it will still kick you out, if it will just stop then let you in.

I can look at my bill, check the breakdown of it, make sure I was given my promised credits when I make purchases from the Verizon Store, and chat with a Verizon representative anytime I have a question through my tablet or phone. I always get friendly, professional and helpful service. Way to go, Verizon!
1 ★Verizon updates always screw several things up on my phone and tablet. the June 2019 turned the camera on my phone to junk. thanks for turning down the volume for audio - quit trying to fix or improve anything, . Between Verizon and Google, it's hard to tell which is more incapable.

We don't pay on the same date & have never had problems therefore I am very happy w/this app. I usually never give 5 stars b/c I always think there is room 4 improvement. I have been a customer w/Verizon 4 atleast 14 yrs & have never had a problem. Thanks Verizon!! Well I had 2 change my rate 2 3 stars, Unfortunately I updated the app after I wrote my review & then I had a problem. So now there is definitely problems.
4 ★I lost use of tablet by playing around with it. Getting it back to be able to use has been mind boggling and has taken many dayrs. Finally success. My suggestion is to write everything down step by step.
1 ★Just tried to use the app. Forced to update. I did and then opened the app. The message reappeared to update. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I got the same message. This is ridiculous! I will uninstall but it does not disappear from my list of installed apps. This is nonsense.
