4 ★Its a great App, just sometimes the location is off by a couple of hundred meters. We went around this issue by continuous texting and calling to check all is ok and if my son has reached his destination. But ut would be great if this problem is fixed. Thank you.

2 ★We have two sons using those phones. With this aplication, me and my wife can control and chat with only of one of our sons. My wife with one son, I can with another one. The second issue is location, it shows too far, almost 10 away from real location. Other functions works fine

1 ★The watch is great. The app sucks. I'm literally over it at this point. I can't call my son and he's in the house, wifi or no. Night mode won't turn off. Can't modify night mode. And plenty other things.

1 ★The location is not accurate. The time is in 24h format and you cannot change it. So my daughter that is learning to tell time has to now from the start learn 24h format which is crazy. Honestly considering returning the watch and getting a different brand

2 ★After the update to the new version I lost the connection to the watch. Cannot see it at all. Cannot add additional admin. Cannot locate. Lost all day in trying to resolve. Still have no idea where and what is the issue. Money paid for nothing.

2 ★After the recent app update, our watches no longer connect to the app. The watches can still call my phone, but I cannot access any of the features line location or alarms or class times. Please fix!

Watch model KT20 4G PS for other users also... When location is not accurate for some reason it show watch location by cell phone tower connection

1 ★Keeps saying I have no internet connection when I do. GPS is off by several miles. Step counter does not work at all.

1 ★Not really detect the correct location of the watch. The location shown in the apps is 2km away from the exact location kid is. No use at all for parent to detect where is kid right now. Only can accurate to detect where is the phone. Thus no point to have this watch for kid.

1 ★Horrible the location that was listed for my child was not even close . Difficult to set up, the watch itself didn't work and we are returning it! Horrible Horrible, don't bother
