3 ★It's been great up until now. Something's Happened where getting to the location. It just States it's up ahead. For years it would say left or right side. It's not saying that for some reason. So making it very challenging getting to places it's taking me time to find where I got to go not good. I've rebooted my phone. I've even took the app off my phone. Put app back on my phone. And it's still doing it.😥
1 ★The audio ability stopped working. Pretty useless when I'm driving places in not familiar with. I restarted the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it with no avail. Guess I gotta find a different app.
1 ★The app stops at random times, especially on highway trips causing a safety hazard. If it worked reliably it would be only three stars. I have a Magellan navigation unit on my dashboard. I would be reluctant to aquire any car using the Scout system in the future. The problem occured with 2 different phones, I have downloaded all factory updates and the problem continues.
5 ★Particularly like the fact that Scout announces the turns before you get there or past the street/location, unlike Google Maps 🤦♂️ Also, where others have no service or are unable to get around an incorrect routing, Scout never fails. Since I travel for work(construction)its a lot of comfort not having to worry about my GPS navigation, from Alaska to the East Coast.
4 ★Works great but I wish it was more like TeleNav was... I had the paid version which displayed what the speed limit is on every street and compared it to the speed I was going, where construction was, where traffic jams were, etc. I'd be willing to pay for a version of scout that does the same.
3 ★It worked fine for years until a wel ago and now it freezes and gets stuck @ every interval and important turn and curve. It doesn't provide a way for the user to calibrate it daily.
5 ★Best Navigation! Clear and concise directions. I have tried most, none compare with this. Do not hesitate to download.
4 ★This is one of the better navigation apps available. This biggest reason I don't use it more is because it is not available on Android Auto. This is something I really wish could be available. If it were available through AA I would use it daily. Also Scout needs a driving mode were you're fitted to the map although you don't have guidance active. Please Please Please work on being supported by Android Auto!
3 ★I've had this app for a few years and it has been helpful. However, today when I really needed it to find an address, I got a screen that wanted me to confirm I am who I am. But nothing I did would satisfy it to make the screen go away. It wouldn't let me use the navigation function. I had to manage without it. I am very annoyed.
1 ★Garbage. This app does not work with my 2019 Toyota Camry. I emailed the company the app on the car says not compatible with my phone they sent me to this app it doesn't work. Wow useless!
5 ★Good GPS application and easy to use.
