1 ★This app comes with my Toyota with Entune. It's not an app I would recommend as 5/10 times there navigation takes me to somewhere nearby but not exactly to the destination. Or it's choice of directions is misleading and then you have to make u-turns/detours. If it was not apart of my car I would not use it, considering I have to use Google maps as it's backup.
1 ★This app has been the most frustrating experience of this otherwise sleek and beautiful loaded 2018 Camry XSE. Our previous Camry experience was beyond 5 stars and expecting the same in performance and looking forward to all the tech upgrades from our 2007 model we figured we would have the ultimate driving and audio/phone/navigation experience. Nope. I love the Camry for its performance and reliability but its audio/tech engineers deserve low marks for this product.
3 ★I own a 2020 Toyota Corolla. Was going to say that this app is complete garbage when using map view but I recently just found a fix that makes the maps work for me 100% of the time. I have to use a wire I got from an old Nexus 6P (the short black wire) with my oneplus 6. I tried about 10 wires but this is the only one I found that works. If anyone can figure out why I'd love to know. The wire is clean and blends with the interior so I'm glad this worked.
1 ★I was super excited to buy my new 2019 Camry a month ago only to find out it doesn't connect to Android Auto. This app is it's replacement GPS system and its absolutely horrible not only does my wife's pixel 2xl not even connect to the system it's also just a horrible design. I'm praying Toyota finally gets their things together and pushes out an update so Android Auto is compatible.
2 ★Works OK but is very poor compared to google and once I have a decent mount for my phone I probably won't use it that much. Main issues are how it doesn't update the maps, half the time the server isn't available even if I have data connection, and it doesn't connect to my vehicle consistently.
1 ★Love the car! But this app is horrible! Only way to connect is through the USB and not through your Bluetooth. Plus it eats up your data plan. For one of the largest companies in the world you have to do better than this... Again, beautiful car!
1 ★New Camry..but this app..is bad. Constantly gets stuck on "GPS cannot be found" over and over again while I have a full LTE connection. Other apps such as Google Maps will get instant GPS but this app gets stuck on GPS cannot be found. I wish there was a better solution.
1 ★So excited for my Camry 2019 all the features are awesome expect the navigation. Such a disappointment. It doesn't even connect half the time and Im stuck using my phone for GPS. When one of the main reasons to get a new car is to not use my phone at all. Can't stress how bad this app is and it shouldn't exist. Keep the navigation strictly in car. Thanks
1 ★1.7 rating on Google play says it all. Still, I wanted to update my 1 star review and say how much I still hate this app and being stuck with it. On top of being virtually useless and frustrating, it's now popping up on my phone and taking over the screen while I am driving and using Google Maps.
1 ★"communication error" App does not work since newest android update. I can't imagine paying for this service after my trial is over in my 2019 Camry. It wasn't great when I worked but since the newest android update it literally does not work at all.
1 ★This app has a LONG way to go before I stop using a magnet mount on my phone so I can just use Google Maps and Android Auto from my phone instead. It's slow, clunky, lacks a lot of features and customization that Google maps has, and I could go on and on..
1 ★This is a terrible app to use. Keeps losing gps signal and gaining it again with the voice announcing it everytime. Doesn't avoid toll roads. Rerouting feature is awful - keeps asking me to do a U-turn. So many annoying things to list.
