3 ★I use Scout daily for traffic checks. Pretty good job in traffic analysis, alternative routes, and safety features. However, it struggles with: -Saving addresses (can't edit home/work address after being set) -Map themes (auto mode doesn't work, relies on phone's dark mode setting) -Highway re-routing (unnecessary detours) -Overly cautious toll road avoidance (pretty much avoids major roadways entirely, even when there aren't any tolls available.) 3.5/5 stars. Worth keeping an eye on.
2 ★Didn't have the address I was looking for
1 ★if you haven't updated the app, don't do it. they have utterly ruined the app. it is harder to navigate, worse than ever before. this is hands down the worst GPS app you could ever use. I have almost died because I used to use it. I'm done with these willfully ignorant fools. they do not care about the users or their safety.
2 ★We need more traffic information in the app and also the speedometer always trun off byself and I use this app on android auto so please fixing

1 ★The last update does not allow you use the app with out permissions. I allowed all permission and it's still not allowing me to use it. I emailed Scout but no one got back to me. Unfortunate since I have all my locations save to the app.

2 ★needs a truck route option and get rid of the safety routes completely stupid option
5 ★Pros: Simple, easy to use interface that can easily be configured to show as much or as little information as you'd like. Great for folks like me with ADHD. Also, it's accurate and has a nice looking interface. Cons: Could use a hazard reporting feature like Waze. Update: You can now type in the search box in Android Auto. The main wish I have now would be being able to reroute while navigating. Plus the reporting features. But it's not enough to keep off that 5th star now.
1 ★Used to be fantastic. Now it is complete trash. Used it just today and updates made it worse than ever. Very slow to recognize locations. It took me five miles out of my way, then had me make 2 u turns to get where I needed to be. Looking for a better option.
