ONKOBeratO ist das Onlineberatungsangebot der Sachsen-Anhaltischen Krebsgesellschafte.V. für Krebsbetroffene, Angehörige oder auch Fachkräfte.
ONKOBeratO ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Beratung rund um das Thema „Krebs“ per
Chat. Nutzer*innen der App können sich kostenfrei und anonym mit dem Beratungsteam der
Sachsen-Anhaltischen Krebsgesellschaft e.V. austauschen. Unabhängig vom Ort können Sie
Hilfe erhalten oder dringende Anliegen klären, Informationen nachfragen und Termine
vereinbaren. Dokumente und Informationsmaterial können auf diesem Weg datengeschützt
ausgetauscht und besprochen werden.
Über die App können Sie dem Beratungsteam jederzeit eine Nachricht schicken und
bekommen zeitnah, in der Regel von drei Werktagen, eine Rückmeldung.
Die App enthält zudem einen Wissensbereich, u.a. mit Informationen zu weiteren Beratungsund Informationsmöglichkeiten zum Thema Krebs.
Alle Mitarbeiter*innen im Beratungsteam sind entweder Sozialpädagog*innen oder
Psycholog*innen, haben die zertifizierte Weiterbildung „Psychoonkologie“ abgeschlossen
und können Krebsbetroffene und ihre Angehörigen während der gesamten Krankheit
beraten und begleiten.
Die Entwicklung des Angebotes ONKOBeratO wurde unterstützt und finanziell gefördert von
der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland und der Sparda-Bank Berlin eG.
