2 ★App hangs on loading bus traffic and frequently have to force stop to get it to work again. Bus tracking is nice but the app is extremely unreliable about when it will actually work

2 ★Tapping on a bus route brings up a map of a totally different route. If you're looking at all the buses coming to a particular stop (like MacArthur), it frequently reorders them, as well as showing the second or third bus on a route arriving rather than the first. More confusing and frustrating than helpful.

3 ★Stuck "Loading" but at least more functional then alternatives

2 ★The arrival times are frequently wrong. I have found the tracking of shuttles is more accurate, though the app lags behind a bit so get to the stop well in advance of the dot arriving. Also, frequent hangs that require force stop and reopen. Would be nice to track more than one route at a time but would prefer existing features to function first.

2 ★It's so hard to find out when and where my next bus is. It also tells me buses are coming when service has stopped for the night. Overall: trash. Go back to putting everything on NextBus.

2 ★The app has promise but fails to deliver. The estimated times that I've been able to see are about right, but it repeatedly brings up the wrong route info when I tap on a route, then crashes. Ad nauseum.

2 ★Predictably poor. Crashed within 1 minute of use. I'm sure the iPhone app is fine though.

1 ★This app is hard to navigate and the predicted bus arrival times are never accurate.

2 ★Completely inaccurate for arrival times. Google maps offers a more accurate one.

1 ★Absolutely useless garbage. Predictions seem completely made up. Even Google maps has slightly more accurate predictions but unless you're at MacArthur BART the shuttle seems to just come at random.
