5 ★I used Joboy app to avail the service of an electrician. My experience was good. The service personnel came to my home was a qualified experienced person. He could fix the problem properly. The payment was also as agreed with the customer care executive while confirming the booking.
5 ★Kudos to the app developers and the team working behind the scenes. As for me, job confirmation was quick and the service provider was at the house 15 minutes before the allotted slot time. As for the job, the job was done in a professional manner. I recommend everyone to use the app for a quick solution.
4 ★please provide an option to update alternate contact numbers on the app. Stop charging inaccurate amounts for services extended. Stop charging or give option to pause work for the time while buying spare parts if any. My issue of incorrect charging was fixed after speaking to customer care. Thanks to the team for prompt support. Appreciate your assistance
1 ★Extremely disappointing. Very quick to come dismantle my washing machine and take it away promising to bring it back in 4 days. Today morning, the 6th day I was told it would reach me soon but still no sign of it. I suggest no one try this app for washing machine repair in Kochi, for United Technical Services (the service centre that is doing the repairs) is most unreliable.
5 ★I'm using this app for over a year now. They provide all the necessary services required in a home including plumbing, electrical works, hair cut, salon, essential delivery etc. Really appreciate the timely delivery of services in cheap price. Highly recommended.
1 ★No proper response and horrible service. Had an urgent function, so booked for a car wash at morning. Had no response and after continous follow up no one turned up till evening. Even though their customer care was attending their calls, could understand that there was no coordination between their functions. Definitely not happy, won't suggest for anyone looking for quick service.
5 ★Had my first joboy service last day. Plumber attended the site well in advance, did the work within half an hour. Work was well satisfied. Hats off to the brain behind this app. As in such a big city where we are not having any local vendor connections, this app plays a real good job in solving our issues. 1 ★I had called an electrician to wall mount a tv for which 500 rupees was collected which I feel is too much as I already had all the equipment and he just had to make the hole and place the tv. Also I had a movable wall mount which the electrian was hesitant to wall mount citing silly reasons and opting for the default wall mount which is very inconvenient. The tv was not mounted to eye level and no suggestions were provided. Horrible and I would recommend users to go for known service providers
5 ★I requested for plumber service in the app. We needed an extra pipeline for automatic washing machine. The service was really good, he was open to suggestions, fixed everything as expected.
