1 ★It was cool to see the possibilities, but I I didn't have access to most of the store sales paper, and I wasn't able to use it to place an online order. It's very difficult to use as well. My husband commented that I had been working on it for half of the day. I was able to get what I needed going to their website on the laptop.

1 ★App has almost no use other than displaying rewards info. The online ordering button just takes you to the website in your browser, which itself doesn't function, as when trying to reserve a time slot, I just recieve a never-ending loading icon.

1 ★Can't login, won't allow you to change your password, if you continue as a guest it has an error and can't find any stores so you can't continue. Basically worthless.

1 ★This app is "down" as frequently, as it is "up"... It freezes frequently.... No one at "your" store location knows anything about the app or how it works. Frequently I'm told, "we don't have anything to do with that"

1 ★Not a fan, no product descriptions and the pictures provided don't zoom so you can check if a product has your food allergies. Whole thing needs more polish and care. Love the store, the app not so much..

1 ★New update made it impossible to use app. App stays stuck on one page, now unable to place orders, see dashboard or the basics of just being able to log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and got the same page as before.

1 ★The old app at least let you make a list from the ad for the week. Now you can see the ad in page view but the selection section does not have all the ad items listed even in the show all. I hate this update. This app is worthless.

1 ★I'm trying to create an account and an error keeps popping up. Once I hit create, a box pops saying: " " OK. Can't read what it says and you can only click "OK" or hit the "X" to exit the pop up.

2 ★I love United grocery store but this app is horrible. It's about as user-friendly as a grizzly bear. It's obvious that the people that designed it never had any intention of using it themselves.

1 ★This app is completely useless. It does nothing. You click "Shop Online"..nothing. Click "Shop in store"...nothing. there is no part of the app that works. I had such high hopes for this United...

1 ★Not digg'en the update. I cannot get it to choose a different store or select the 'Shop Online icon for the currently selected store. We are a long-time user of the app for our weekly groceries... before the update. I guess I'm going back to Walmarts grocery app. 😔

1 ★This new update absolutely sucks. Doesn't work 90% of the time, won't pull up the ad nor does it show all the sale info on one page. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
