4 Weeks to 1 Mile Training Program:
Designed for the beginner runner, this program starts out slow, mostly walking, and gradually increases the intensity until you’re running 1 mile without any breaks. Great program in your plan to start running for weight loss. Each week consists of 3 days of training, each with a warm-up & cool-down period for a total of 20 minutes each day.

8 Weeks to 5K Run Training Program:
Easier and more effective than other 5K or couch to 5k programs you'll find, this program consists of running and walking intervals that gradually increase in intensity until you’re running 5km without any breaks by the end of the program. There are 3 training days per week, each lasting 30-40 minutes.

8 Weeks to 10K Training Program:
This 8 week program consists of interval workouts, tempo runs and long runs. There are 4 training days per week ranging in length from 30 to 70 minutes. It is designed for runners who can already run 3 miles (couch to 5k run).

10 Weeks to Half Marathon Training Plan:

5 ★I never truly enjoyed running but the RT app made me actually look forward to running. I just finished the 1 mile program and I am now looking forward to starting the 5k program. Thank you! I hope in the future the app has ability to coach more during runs.

1 ★This app has great reviews, and covers all the distances, so I gave ot a go....but if you want to get past day one you have to pay $4.99 for the full version. VERY misleading. Nobody dowloads a free training app to stay on day 1.

1 ★Completed 2 weeks of the full version marathon training and I'm really unsatisfied with this app and totally regret purchasing the full version of it. The free trial is completely misleading. The feedback on the free trial leads you to believe that there is constant coaching but once you purchase the full version of the app the feedback is incredible limited and not what I'd call 'training'. I'd like some feedback throughout the run (eg, your pace is slowing) The full version of the app offers LESS than what you get from the free version of say mapmyrun. On the free version of mapmyrun I receive a great map of my run which is quite accurate, elevation statistics, pace splits, weather for the day etc... Lastly and most annoyingly, you CAN NOT log a run. Unfortunately during a run using this app, I clicked the 'exit' button by accident and the app asks 'do you want to go back' - I clicked 'yes' and the run ended. There was no way for me to go back into the run, there was no way for me to complete the run and log it, I just have to live with the app recording an unfinished run. Incredibly frustrating.
