1 ★Barely works, makes me connect to WiFi every time I open the app to cook again. Not working with Android 9.0 Doesn't seem to save info with in my account, meal name, anything, needs work. For such nice hardware the app doesn't match the quality!

1 ★If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It has never worked for me, crashing on my phone every time it connects. Given that track record, I can honestly say the app is the worst app I have ever downloaded. Even if it did work, that I need to reconnect to WiFi every time and reconnect to a Williams Sonoma account every time is too cumbersome for what should be a simple app. Crashing after doing all that is what kills me. Given how beautiful the thermometer is, I wished this app worked. I wish it was still being updated (going on a year now). But I'm not expecting much anymore. Very disappointing this is what Williams Sonoma is willing to associate their name with.
1 ★DO NOT DOWLOAD. Total waste got the smart thermometer 2 for Christmas and was excited to use but the app takes forever to connect and asks for the Wi-Fi password repeatedly. Finally got it to connect to my home network and go to log in and the app crashes. I've tried several times even setting up new accounts under different emails and nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Hopefully it gets fixed but mine will probably be returned by then
1 ★This app is the worst app I have ever experienced out of hundreds I have utilized in my personal and professional experiences . It does not work period. What a complete waste of money for the Smart Thermometer 2. It is completely shameful, and an embarrassment to Williams Sonoma for an expensive piece of cookware equipment to be so recklessly marketed and distributed without determining whether a a key component even works properly. The other alternative is that Williams and Sonoma is "ripping" it's customers off and if that is true I can assure the thousands and thousands of dollars I have spent with Williams Sonoma will never be repeated. This is simply unconscionable. Anyone who buys a Smart Thermometer 2 as long as this software is associated is literally flushing their money, save it and buy a five dollar thermometer.

1 ★Seriously worse app ever. Considering returning the unit because this app is so bad! Does not connect to wifi initially. "WS Smart Therm V2 is searching of Wi-Fi network" (great English). Had to keep resetting (little hole in back with a paper clip). Finally did connect (did nothing different) then requires new account with WS and Firmware update. App keeps requiring Wi-Fi pass word to start, is not intuitive and crashes
