5 ★This app worked with the device, after the updates it doesn't work at all. what's inside the box to work with Samsung Galaxy S3 and above I have an S8 it should work as it states on the box but it doesn't. Very disappointed with the phone manufacturers. I've saved all my information for my whole family on this app which I love. now I have to change it. I spoke to your customer service and I will give you a six stars. A great experience how many company I've worked with recently. Thank you!
3 ★Super glitchy, I had to restart the app twice in order for it to read my temperature. First temp was 97° second was 99° so it measured a 2 degree spike in less than 5 minutes? Also, my mom bought the Thermometer not knowing you need the app to actually take your temp, so Kinsa should probably make that a bit more clear on the packaging
1 ★Waste of money and time .. my son was sick, I needed a thermometer and this was the only one on the shelf. Setting up the profile and syncing the thermometer with app is time consuming . Maybe this would be great for some people, but I just needed the basics. Save your money
4 ★The app is quick and intuitve. I love that it keeps track of temps and time taken for each family member. The suggestiins are fine, but not quite dialed in enough to be of use, so I skip the suggestions now. If I'm worried I call my medical provider's advice nurse.
5 ★LOVE this app! So much more than a temperature-taker; makes it easy to record and manage the health of my kids. Gives guidance for home care or recommends when to see a doctor. Very useful at the doctor's office to give an accurate history. Our pediatrician's office was impressed with this tool & app.
1 ★Used to work just fine on my Google Pixel, now suddenly it continues to tell me my kinsa is too warm even when it is sitting on the dining table in a 68°degree room. It also has me recalibrate almost every use. I used to love this product, now with the recent "updates", it's just junk!
1 ★Horrible. Literally just needing to get my poor one year old temp and I still have to go through this insane long step process then I have to set up this wand thing. Can't get the back off for the black peice to set this thing up. All mean while my child is crying and burning up. Ended up throwing the thing across the room and went old school to get her temp. Didnt even use this. 100% not worth this set up process alone.
4 ★The app is very well laid out and usable, however, a very large negative is the lack of linked accounts (e.g. parents). Using this app to track family stats is great, but you have to manually share information (e.g. screen shots, etc.). This is a hindrance when my spouse goes to the doctor's and cannot simply show the tracked information. Sometimes makes me consider a different product.
1 ★super irritated that after only a few days it stopped connecting to the app 😐. $30 for a thermometer that doesnt work the way it should?? and to top it off, it randomly switched to celcius and i cant get it to change back. it also has more error readings than true ones.
5 ★I love my Kinsa! With covid-19 I bought a second online. That way my husband and I could both take our temperature 2 times daily without any risk of making each other sick.
2 ★I love this app the only problem I have with it is I can not link my daughters profile between my wife's phone and mine, I feel that as co parents its important for us to both have access to the same information. what if I need to take her to the ER and my wife is at work and I have no access to the symptoms she has recorded. I wish there was a way that we could give each other permission to see eachothers profile on multiple devices. and the wife agrees.

Beware though app isn't compatible wit all phones if u don't a new up tondste phone prob wpnt get accuratebteading if any at all. when I do use my newer galaxyit works but I have to redo the setup almost every time... then there's various errors while trying to take the temp and I end having to take my child's temp multiple times to get an avg of what it really is I do however love the how and information that comes with the app .... but that's only when it works
