1 ★The app was great. But for the last week I am not able to buy gas with it. Tried with my Philips66/Conoco card and Google pay. It reads the station I'm at, but won't take payment when it has for the last 11 months.
2 ★.15¢ a gallon is not worth the pain of having to wait nearly a week for the transaction to finally complete from my bank account through DirectPay. Doesn't even put a hold on the transaction. But if I use my debit or credit card at the pump, the transaction completes instantly.
1 ★Update. UPDATE. UpDaTe!!! Seriously... The My Conoco app was great. This app always needs to update when I pull into the station to fuel up, not have the other people staring at me, wondering why I'm not fueling up. The other app users know why and give me looks of sympathy. Fix it. Please.
5 ★This is absolutely a must have app for a Phillips 66 customer! Pull up to the pump enter the pump number and starting filling the tank after you put the pump handle back in its spot the app proceeds to give you a receipt! Awesome! Don't forget to link your payment option in the app! Thanks Phillips for an easy experience!
3 ★It was working great up until this new update. It wont let me or my brother add a card on either of our accounts and I'm stuck with Google Pay which my phone doesn't even have. If you want people to use your app, maybe let them add new payment methods?
5 ★Love the app. Nickname for payments types cannot be saved. Also kickback points don't accrue when purchasing gas in the app and not sure how to spend earned kickback points in the app.
1 ★old app worked, forced to upgrade, fuel forward app worked then wouldn't work. Deleting app now. edit: I got response from developer "That doesn't sound right!" their response to me sounds rude and accusatory. I did send them a reply about my experience. In short the app would send an error message after I put in my pin to pay.
5 ★Intuitive to use, fast, saved money and didn't worry about someone skimming my card. Looking forward to using this every time I fuel going forward!
1 ★There is a URL link which is an advertisement for a discount. It opens up on top of the mobile app and will not go away. You cannot open the app, and the skip this for Now link does not work. I was hoping to use this app this morning but it is useless at this point. I am on an Android Note 10 plus with the latest operating system. The advertisement comes up in another window and will not close.
3 ★Right now, I can't seem to use the app since my phone changed a few times through the years. I wish I could get verifications through e-mail instead of the phone numbers.

3 ★Won't connect to local 76 even though the signs are posted all over it. Also wish it would sync to other rewards platforms like albertsons fuel rewards.
