How to install T&TEC Mobile APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download T&TEC Mobile APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★This is a big step in the right direction for TTEC. Unfortunately it still needs some tweaking. 1- The app takes a looooong time to load, during which my phone goes blank 2- while loading and running, it shuts down all audio apps that you may have running 3- once loaded, the homepage is for registration, even if you're already logged in and registered Once these bugs are fixed, it should be a lot smoother.
3 ★Room for improvement. Suggestions... Add a means for users to provide feedback or ask questions. ALL apps need tweaking if the aim is to provide the best app possible. Once sent, the map info should also be available in the record of what was sent. Easier for me to also find where I was when I made the report. The app takes control of audio and this should be corrected. Any music being played will be shut off once this app is running. If address is needed even though map location is given, this should be a field in the form to be submitted. UPDATE: I've reported numerous lights in my community. None addressed after ten days..the app doesn't cater for such feedback and advises that all follow up should be via 800BULB. Update should be via the app. Whatever TTEC is using to monitor incomplete reports could be copied to the app. When a report is completed I should get a message... Or there could be an indicator... And I can msg if the report is indeed complete. UPDATE 2: Six weeks later, none of the reported lights have been repaired and unlike most of the other apps I've commented on, I've got no feedback from developers. I think it's safe to say this was just a gimmick to TTEC and there was probably no true senior mgt dedicated to actually developing and sustaining it. Pity though, coz it has potential.
2 ★Where have all my ebills from 2019 disappeared to? logged on online and the last bill I am seeing is December 2018? TTEC, solve this issue please.
2 ★The App does not cater for customers who have been in the system for many years, therefore they cannot use the feature for paying bills online these customers wouldn't know what if any at all ID's were used on the creation of the account, so now they want you to send an email to them with this info. This step is backwards and it could have be done easily through the app generally anyone using this app has a smart phone with a camera that could easily take a photo the ID's and submit it.
3 ★There should be a built in pay portal not a redirect to the web site. But a welcome app.. Took you long enough, let's hope it is well maintained
