1 ★Don't do it!!! App is a waste of time!!! App and rewards program only works for Bojangles restaurants owned by corporate.... Thank you for downloading the Bojangles' app! Right now the mobile app is only supported by our company owned locations, but we are actively working to incorporate the app across all Bojangles’ locations soon. I apologize for the inconvenience. To see if a Bojangles’ near you is participating, check the Locations page in the app and tap the store you want to visit.

1 ★The reward you earn only last 2 weeks. I lost my reward i earned before i had the chance to use it by 2 days very disappointed. Rewards should have a longer period of time to use them. I understand promos only lasting a few days. But something that took a while for me to earn should last longer. I missed my reward by 2 days.

1 ★Awful app. Won't even have menu to order, all it'll do is give you food facts and calories. No price, no online order, just locations and phone numbers. Waste of time!!!

4 ★I think this app should tell us that it needs an update as soon as it needs one, not later when you go to open it and you're standing in line trying to get your food and you have to wait two minutes for the download... Otherwise I like it.

2 ★LOVE the food, hate the app. I think McDonald's has the best food app out there. This has no coupons and scanner usually doesn't work so no rewards either or mobile ordering. I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA as well.

3 ★I like the app for its intended purpose and the rewards are sufficient. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that the app disables itself when a new update is available forcing the user to update the app before being able to use it again. This is inconvenient during busy periods for the restaurant and seems unnecessary. My main reason for three starts is the lack of training employees in the restaurant are given. Literally took three people to process my last order because no one seemed to know how to use the redemption option. The rollout of the app was lackluster and affects efficiency in execution.
