Perkumpulan GAPKAINDO-GARDA PENGUSAHA KONSTRUKSI AIR INDONESIA bersama Perkumpulan ATKINDO-AHLI DAN TERAMPIL KONSTRUKSI INDONESIA serta Perkumpulan PPTKI/ PAGUYUBAN TUKANG KONSTRUKSI INDONSIA bersinergi membentuk LSP/Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi yang diberi nama PT Bina Multi Pipa Indonesia / PT BMPI sebagaimana dianjurkan dalam UU no 2 tahun 2017. Dan, sudah mendapat Lisensi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi/BNSP.Untuk memberi kemudahan kepada anggota selain ketiga Perkumpulan pendiri dan Alumni lulusan Sertifikasi Profesi Konstruksi serta dunia usaha lain maka Ketiga Perkumpulan Jasa Konstruksi Pendiri tadi bersama PT. BMPI mendirikan Koperasi yang dinamakan Koperasi Bina Widya Karya berusaha di bidang jasa dalam sektor konstruksi.
Agar setiap anggota mendapat pelayanan yang maksimal, Pimpinan BMPI dan Pengurus Koperasi sepakat membuat aplikasi ini. Keunggulannya, selain melahirkan notifikasi tiap proses yang akan dilalui oleh anggota. Juga, foto-foto yang akan di up load, diberi fasilitas croping.
Berdasakan pengalaman mengelola jasa konstruksi maka kami yakin bahwa kondisi saat ini perlu disikapi dan diselaraskan dengan perkembangan zaman dimana sistem Android saat ini menguasai pasar dan keberadaan HP menjadi salah satu alat yang handal dari suatu kegiatan yang mempengaruhi banyak orang.
Aplikasi ini diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang berusaha di bidang Kontraktor Konstruksi dan harus menjadi Anggota Koperasi BWK serta persyaratan harus pernah mempunyai SBU /Sertifikat Badan Usaha atau atau SKA /Sertifikat Profesi keahlian atau SKT /Sertifikat Keterampilan termasuk para pengusaha rantai pasok konstruksi di kota-kota diseluruh Indonesia
