1 ★Not at all happy with the service. They mentioned 30 min to deliver, and right now it's been couple of hours and it's not yet delivered. And there is not even cancellation policy nor customer care centre. I would seriously given 0 stars but sadly I can't.
1 ★Worst Delivery Service Ever. We ordered from this app today and the food didnt get deliver at all. There will just take your money for food and won't deliver it neither cancel it. There is no option to cancel the order by the Consumer itself on the App. Customer support says they don't have option to cancel neither we have any option to Cancel on the App. I talked to manager neither manager is supportive in this case.
1 ★Worst experience with barbeque nation. I ordered my food at 8:30pm and it got accepted by restaurant but even after 2.5 hours at 11:00 pm the food is not delivered. Very bed service. called customer care 4-5 times everytime they say it will be delivered in 20 minutes. Wasted a lot of time. I will recommend to never order from them in future.
1 ★Totally disappointed by the packaging and the quantity plus the quality as well... Never thought that ordering food from a well known brand that I've fond of since childhood will turn up to be this worst, take is quantity, I've been eating from bbq really long, food was cold, and the quantity was damn less, plus package was such that entire green chutney was leaked from the loose box that they provided. Will make sure not to order henceforth.
5 ★Really liked the food , never imagined that I could have barbeque at home ,due to lockdown and pandemic I missed having buffet lunch or dinner but barbeque nation has introduced a way to fulfill that wish . Varieties of barbeque in affordable price.
5 ★So i went to new friends colony and there was this restaurant with 5 star experience. The food was real nice abd staff was very friendly. Specially Nandkishor, he did an amazing job. I recommend everyone to go and once visit.
1 ★Very disappointing experience. Order grill box at 9.30 the eta was 36min which kept pushing & finally got my order at 11.15. All the girlled items were ice cold by the time I received &was not even given exact items. No proper customer care services as they themselves had no cule. After a while their customer care no also didn't work & was left with no one to help or contact to. I would not recommend anyone to order frm here as ul end up losing ur money and time. Worst experience ever.
1 ★food delivered was not with in a promised time. it took almost 2 hrs to reach me. my address was not share with the delivery person by your team. Biryani was just like a Fired rice, nothing else. Food was not fresh and hot as promised. items were also missing as listed in your menu. I didn't recvd pyasam,and mini rasgulla as mentioned in your menu. also 2 vegetables were missing. I was provided same dal makhni in 3 box, it's really insane. I have clicked all pics. This wasy horrible experience.
2 ★Dining experience was awesome when last time I visited in Feb. But delivery was horrible. They took 2 hours for delivery, no option for cancellations/refund, customer care executive took 10 min to listen query. Food was ok type.. Didn't expected from Barbeque Nation. Won't recommend to anyone to order on your app..
1 ★I stay 2km from the restaurant. Ordered at 7pm and food was dispatched at 7-20pm. Till 8pm no signs of delivery. after calling , delivery person told coming in few minutes. At 8.10pm called again and was asked for location and food was delivered at 8-30pm. I accepted delivery only because i had no option to reject and get money back. All the packaging was in paper boxes and because of delay in delivery the raitha leaked into other food. gave feedback twice but not sure if they act on it.

Very less quantity with huge amount of Soda, absolute false advertising, the food was so bad that it ruined my day, it was so tasteless that after eating the meals feels like vomiting, as if it was cooked two days before, absolute waste of money, also 3 items were missing one from barbeque in box & 2 from meal box, pls beware before ordering
1 ★Third class app. Except gps location it doesn't take any other addresses.
