1 ★Repeated charge errors and no sign of intelligence from the support team. Don't waste your time having to mess with it!
2 ★Something needs to be done to clarify the duration you are paying for. I learned the hard way that you even if you paid, you are not covered for a period that overlaps 2 days. Ex: if it's 10pm and you want to pay until 6am the next day, the app shows the option to pay for 8 hours but the ticket expired 2h after that (basically at 12am that same day). So I ended up paying for 6 hours that were never counted. Plus I got fined by the parking enforcement. :-((
1 ★this app is not user friendly at all. Really should hire someone who knows how to design an app with a good user experience
3 ★I think this I a great idea however I was not able to stop the clock when I was done with my appointment and had returned to the vehicle. In total I was parked for 15 min but was charged 60min. In the description for the app it boasts about paying for time used and being reimbursed for time not used. how does this work if it continues to count time well after you have left the parking lot. Furthermore, there is a timer running on the phone that you start but it does not respond to being stopped.
5 ★Had a ridiculous time trying to park for a hospital appointment, finally found some dinky parking lot a couple streets down. The machines were busted and wouldn't take my coins or credit card. I then noticed a sign advertising iparkme and downloaded it, did the email confirmation, put my credit card on it and paid within 5 minutes. Made it to my appointment on time, and rated 5 stars for being simple and saving me the stress!
3 ★slow and sometimes payment won't go through but it charged in credit card they need to update their app!!!
1 ★They will not respond to you. Made 2 accounts kept getting error messages when trying to pay finally went through. Recieved a ticket. Was charged multiple times after for paying for parking. I've contacted support 3x and never heard back. *Update* recieved a response on this rating, sent an email and still never heard back.
1 ★Half the time the payment goes through and i get a notification from my bank. But then the pending charge disappears and the parking app says i didn't pay for parking. Also, sometimes it freezes on the payment loading screen so i don't know if the payment has gone through So I've gotten a ton of tickets because the app sucks.
1 ★Gives wrong parking location for you to confirm, and then you get a 60 euro ticket and the clock is tickibg while you try to resolve with help. RIP Off.
1 ★so non-user friendly I ended up uninstalling before even using it. I specified I'm in canada but it kept insisting I was in Mexico, for one example. far inferior to other apps I have used. oh, just got email from the support team blaming me as I selected mexico. I guess they can't read my earlier comment properly. for the record I selected canada, yet when I logged in again it said mexico, but because of other deficiencies uninstalled it. the confirmation from them was in Spanish lol.
2 ★Every month or two I have re-enter my credit card details. Increasing frustration every time it happens
1 ★Total garbage. Never works. I refuse to pay a ticket because the app doesn't work properly. Have no problem using the machine in the parking lot but when walking up to it the screen said error. 5 times this has happened to me. Very happy that I will only be parking there for 2 more weeks. Never again after this.
