3 ★I only use app for seeing if they sell a particular item that I might want. If they have what I want, then I go to the actual store to make the purchase. I'd like to save my Wish List locally in the app on my phone and use it as a shopping list. Instead, the app forces me to have to sign into an acct if I want to bookmark anything. Another negative is that the app sometimes doesn't return to search results after looking at a product -- it goes back to homepage and I have to redo search.
1 ★Boo...for cancelling the 40% off coupons.i used to love that store.dont anymore.i got my sister 2 southwest craft kits last christmas.using the 40% off coupons.came out with a huge smile on my face.that id saved myself some money.its the only way i ever shop there.
4 ★Awesome store! They could be better if they updated their check out and opened on Sundays. Unfortunately I understand these things won't change due to the "owners" religion.

1 ★This is the absolute worst app of all the craft store apps. You can't even log in to your own account in the app, add products to wishlist or do anything actually useful. I'm still trying to figure out the point of this app. No free ship to store, no online order for curbside and a useless app for shopping (I can pull my coupon online and screenshot so big deal in app)..a few of my favorite reasons for frequenting other craft stores instead
4 ★It has lots of items but not really a good way to search them unless you know exactly what you're looking for. The company stopped carrying the brand of yarn I was using and I can't find a color match. They should at least offer to purchase left over stock from other stores so that I could finish my project.
5 ★Great place to shop. They have almost everything you need for changing or redecorating your home.
2 ★Pretty app, but the organization is like the store--frustrating. I go to look at picture frames - AND YOU CANNOT SORT THEM BY SIZE! This is ridiculous. Generally you know the size of picture uou want or have, why on earth can't you narrow your choices by size?
2 ★I have to sign into the app everytime i use it. And do that "I'm not a robot" test EVERY TIME! Id rather just drive an hour to the store. Tho they do have fast shipping, at times.
3 ★This is an amazing place to buy arts and crafts supplies however the thing I do not like is if you are to write a review they get to decide whether it gets posted or not which is why most of the stuff has no reviews. I bought some tape which turned out to be so tiny I don't know if I will ever use them.
