1 ★GREATLY DISAPPOINTED: Pathetic complaint resolution mechanism. Have been using it for over an year. Last order was delivered to someone else by the rider. Have been using the same address for the last one year. Wrote to foodpanda many a times. Each time same stereotype response without getting to the point. Flurry of emails but without purpose. Asked them to contact me via phone but they wont agree on it.
1 ★Curse the day you guys opened your company. Because of your freaking ads People can't even watch YouTube properly. Pls begone from this era...never want to use your piece of trash app cz of the ads...
1 ★Terrible glitches and would not accept any of my payment cards. I'm having to keep redownloading it for the order to go through and when it doesn't, it forces me to get a verification code. When I do enter the verification code, it still doesn't work! I'm going in circles with this app. Incredibly frustrating.
1 ★They have stolen my money twice now - only happens when I use a card. Claimed a delivery was made when I can guarantee not even an attempt to deliver was made because I had someone waiting outside the gate. I also wasted an hour on their absolutely useless in app chat feature trying to resolve the issue - really infuriating that there they won't call you even when they have majorly screwed up.
1 ★Nearly all big restaurants now give extremely sub-standard food on foodpanda orders compared to their normal physical orders. The restaurant review system in-app is horribly broken so if for any reason app does not pop up a review box as soon as the order is fulfilled there is no way to leave feedback. Wrong orders have become the norm with no checks in place from the foodpanda team. FP support staff is highly unprofessional and inept as well.
1 ★Your latest update broke the app. Now it doesn't load. Lowered my rating until fixed. Edit: Down to one star. Now the app won't let me buy anything, it just says "Hang in there, there's been a change!" And no matter which option you select, you cannot go forward with the order.
4 ★Good app for English Speakers in Thailand. Problem is the estimated timing is typically off and it's difficult to track the driver if you're trying to help them find your location. They really are behind Grab in technology but they have better deals.
2 ★Been experiencing a lot of issues with my orders lately (from delivering to the wrong address to straight up unable being able to place any orders). Selection is a bit limited in my area, moving a kilometer adds a lot of places. Prices are bumped up to act like there's a discount.
1 ★Utterly disappointing and unhelpful app. Wastes you time and keeps you hungry and on top of that, every single thing is way overpriced!!!
1 ★Lost RM100 I ordered food from this app and the driver said that he couldn't find my place and cancelled my order. Later, foodpanda refused to refund me saying it's because I changed my number (I updated it in the app) even though I was DIRECTLY MESSAGING THE DRIVER. I even gave him my new number! Later on, they said it was because the driver was at my location but I wasn't there. 3 reasons they took RM100 away from me. Download GRAB, not this garbage.
1 ★I cannot edit my current location into my real address. It is stubbornly giving me wrong label "Isabela" all the time. Even if I redefine it using the map online. Why don't you fix that?
