1 ★Avoid this nightmare. They showed up not just late, three days late. I got my overnight laundry service in not a few extra days but 8 days later! And they charged me 66$, and dropped my clothes off at my neighbors house. But at least they ruined all my bras :-) awful. Also, they ignored every single email so that's great too. Never ever ever again.
4 ★Last used in February 2020 pre pandemic. App doesn't really seem to function now I assume because of COVID-19? 🆒🔤 Edit: Tried again June 21, 2020: App is functioning as normal.
1 ★Cannot recommend in nyc area where they partner with Next Cleaners. Lost my whole bag full of laundry. Poor accountability.

2 ★You get 2 stars since eventually my last delivery was in fact delivered, otherwise it would be one. Seriously, you guys are worse than cable TV repair. You miss 2hr delivery windows by at least an hour. Either change your app to reflect the delivery scheduling you can *actually provide*, or close up shop.
1 ★DO NOT USE FLYCLEANERS. THEY LOST MY CLOTHING. I've been using Flycleaners weekly since June. Things have RAPIDLY deteriorated. 3 weeks in a row they gave me 1 hour's notice that they couldn't deliver on time (or even later that day). Last Sunday, my hang-dry items were lost. The delivery driver had no idea they even existed. I immediately emailed customer service. It is now Friday, and despite my reaching out DAILY, nobody has gotten in touch. Their phone number rings to a voicemail. DO NOT USE.
1 ★missed delivery dates consistently. no customer care or response. very expensive. do not reccomend edit: your really not sorry. I told your customer service that I was going to select another cleaning service, her response we wish you a nice life.
