1 ★The very first call this app blocked, it created a huge red notification bubble that can't be closed, just slid up and down my phone screen. So this app has made my phone unusable, which is way more irritating than the spam callers is supposed to be preventing. At least I can hang up on them and still use my phone. Uninstalled
1 ★I used to love this app before all the features became pay. My favorite feature, which was the call spoofing blocking, where you can block similar numbers, doesn't work anymore. Without paying you get so few numbers to block that by the time it they switched to paid I couldn't add any more numbers. I was already at the maximum so I can no longer block numbers on here without paying. All these apps have become about micro transactions & getting as much money as possible, not about helping people.
1 ★Started off good, but after the trial period, it stopped working. So, if you don't upgrade, they limit the app to just taking up space on your phone. I had to remove it. Update: I didn't know there's a limit on how many blocked numbers are allowed. I think I'll shop around something different.
4 ★UPDATED: Thanks for the response, exactly what I was looking for. Still kept rating at 4 stars (not 5) because the app is not entirely intuitive, a few hidden corners. Functionally, it's a 5-star app. But the interface could be improved. Useful app. But there used to be an option to block all calls from numbers not in your contacts list. No longer have that option, and now too many spoofed phone numbers get through.
3 ★I installed this app and set it up and had no more spam or robot calls plus no more text from people on spam as well I recommend this app to people that are tired of spammers and scammers. Now that my subscription ran out I can no longer reconnect or renew. That is why I lowered to three stars.
1 ★I have downgraded from 3 star to 1 star based on dealing with the Developer Support for this app. After a few emails and sending a screenshot of the problem with no resolution, Anastasia claims they did not get my "Report" and directs me to the support option within the app that does not allow for sending screen shots. Going through reviews I can see the same response saying to email Support. I would not pay for this app... best to avoid! Annoying splash screen pops up after calls are blocked!
1 ★App can't even identify spam calls; makes you report it as spam first. More work than just blocking on my phone. Wanted less wasted time, not more. Was on premium trial. Took time to read documentation and adjust settings. App is either outdated or designed to get free labor from users reporting spam. Look elsewhere.
1 ★DO NOT GET PREMIUM!! Credit card charged $29.99 for a year, but haven't had access to features for the 5 months I had it. Shows expired even though subscription doesn't end till 01/31/2022. Have continuely tried to contact customer service but only get a bot named Anstasiia that gives you the run around. I've canceled renewing the subscription and guess I'll have to chalk up the $29.99 to a lesson learned...
2 ★Finally have to say goodbye. App no longer works as it did in past. Req to create account is final straw. Orig purchased app (lifetime) 10 yrs & worked well. Had issues with getting my paid version on new devices. App seemed ineffective past couple years on my prev phone. Downloaded it to new galaxy 10e, free version only, and discovered that the phone interface is not properly dropping calls, but instead leaving caller connected & able to hear everything for long durations after call has ended.
5 ★Revising my rating since customer service was outstanding in their responsiveness to my issue with filters. They explained how to make it work and so far it seems to be working. So from 1 to 5 stars for now. Will be watching more to see if any future issues. On day 4 of use. The partial number filter does not work to block calls by area code and next 3 dig with wild card. Uninstalling and looking elsewhere for product that actually works
4 ★So far so good! I was FED UP with the amount of spam calls I have been receiving and I tried a couple other apps that didn't help in the slightest! Now I don't hear my phone going off 10 thousand times a day and I always get the chance to block through the app! I am definitely happy with it
2 ★Does Not Work well at all after trial period ends. Also it goes to a block list is full message and cannot block any additional numbers. The App does Not block all calls going right to voice mail even when number is in the block list. Disappointed.
