1 ★This app. Ugh. It won't let me access it unless I update but it does not have an update needed. 1 star, would not recommend. I just want to find my ID # so that I can request a new card.

2 ★Glitchy app. Keyboard won't show up when typing password, difficult to navigate, interface is over all not user friendly. But, it's still better than the darn website.

1 ★Signed in once. Worked fine. After that first time won't let me sign in again. Says " connection error" what a disappointment.

2 ★It's nice to know this is available however if it doesn't let you log in then it doesn't do any good. This was last updated in Sept of 2019. I suggest that it gets updated soon or I will remove it. If I don't use it than I lose it.

1 ★Sucks. Can navigate easily. Nothing is simply to find. Times out with error messages. Go back to the old one!

1 ★All I wanted to do is find my member number so I could fill a prescription. If theres a way to figure any of that out than I wouldnt know because the app freezes or tells me that I have a bad connection.
