A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★App wasn't able to do anything. It stuck in their blog, uchealth today and could not unfreeze. Yes. Every time I open the app, it just stays on the screen with the red bar across the top, back arrow, and UCHealth Today. I've closed out of all apps and restarted my phone to see if that works. I was able to Uninstall the app and that solved the issue.
1 ★Abysmal! Checking for a telehealth took over 30 minutes! The biggest problem was uploading images of insurance cards. The file limitation is ridiculously small at 4 MB. This forced me to crop the images so that the app would accept them. Additionally, if another app is opened you get logged out. Plus every time you log in you have to accept cookies. Why isn't this acceptance remembered?
2 ★I thought I was using the new app, but turns out that I needed to update the old one. So I tried to update in both places. Going directly to update from my open app. And the other, going to my "settings" and updating from there. I let the update run for 5 minutes and nothing. "Waiting for download " was the exciting news. I gave up on that method so I "UNINSTALLED" my app and started over. Now it won't download the new app. The MAGIC WORD OUT IS......"WAITING FOR DOWNLOAD " !!!!!
3 ★It was good until 2019, for some reason since 2019, I can't get the bill pay to show what I owe or take a payment. It says my balance is $0.00, and I know I owe something. It also won't let me add a CC# in the app, had to log in from computer to update that info. Calling in you're put on hold, then you can hear people talking in the background, then back on hold.
1 ★Hard to login, despite not being secured with 2 factor authentication. Have to call by phone to resolve any real issues (like zip code being wrong). Can schedule a COVID-19 test but not tell whether a location offers antibody testing or just PCR swab. This is not helpful given the tests are being scheduled 5 days out. The option to upload a picture of the insurance card wasn't working on the android app. Most of the problems don't seem to be the fault of the app itself, but this was an intensely unpleasant, frustrating experience that took three hours and three phone calls to resolve.
5 ★I love my health connection! My test results are generally posted by the time I get home from the lab or imaging places! My doctors, including specialists, usually answer my email contacts within 24 hours as opposed to the 48 hours promised on the site. Now the advent of virtual visits emanating from my health connection is fantastic! I have an appointment on Monday 4/6 and my husband had one last week and was delighted with the ease of using th technology and the personal nature of the visit.
5 ★this app saves a huge amount of time. it works perfectly on my Android phone. I can send messages back and forth to my doctor. I can schedule appointments. I can check my labs, and pull them up on my phone when I am with various doctors. There is nothing wrong with this app.
5 ★This is very so much a great app. UChealth patients will find this app to be very useful and comes in handy. I love how I can without going in or calling schedule or reschedule any appointments, check notes from all my doctors, ask for refills on meds, get tests results and much more. Also this app is great daring this pandemic we are having cause it allows you to facetime appointments with doctors instead of going in person if needed. Thank you to who ever thought to create this app!
1 ★I had the old app since January. When this new app came out, no matter how many times I tried, restarted my Android phone, nothing worked. It just gets stuck on 'Waiting to Download'. I even tried calling Tech Support - Get rid of this new app and let me have access to the old app back!
5 ★The nurse's were so attentive and calming. They walked me through the entire download and installation of their app, not too mention how much patience they had with the whole process. The Dr was on point, she was like so surreal that I felt I was in the Dr office.
5 ★I HAVE never had an issue with this app.. My Dr's are the best in the nation.. I can email my Dr's. Get responses quick. Test results come fast. Access to my health issues and meds list.. I think all the people complaining just want somthing to cry about because there is absolutely nothing wrong with this app maybe they need to address themselfs.
5 ★I absolutely love this app! It makes keeping up to date on my appointments and health records so seamless and easy. It easily eliminates half of the phone calls I might make to my providers by giving me visibility to my data. Love, love, LOVE!
