HealtheLife helps individuals and families stay informed, educated and take a more active role in their health.
Through the HealtheLife app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organization's online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.
You must first be granted access by your health care organization to use their online portal. Once you have an account, simply sign into the HealtheLife app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to portals from multiple health care organizations, you can view all participating portals through the app.
Each participating organization's portal is unique but most portals allow you to connect with your care team by: • Securely messaging your provider • Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments • Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents
If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the Play Store cannot be addressed.

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I am unable to see any health records besides my upcoming appointment dates. My HCP state that they provide all records to their patients. I tried calling the help desk, which is the only way to contact them, and waited on the line for 20 minutes before it hung up on me.
1 ★Not sure how this app works since I can't even create an account that the hospital used. So now I have to constantly call and bother nurses and doctors because the app is useless.
2 ★Our healtchare provider used to use FollowMyHealth. From a user standpoint, HealtheLife is inferior. It keeps losing the ability for me to sign in with my fingerprint. A lot of the menus are poorly constructed. There is a lot more reliance on you as a user to type and search to find your particular provider, for instance. There is also not an easy way to request a refill through the app. This is such a disappointing downgrade.
4 ★It's a badly designed Health records app that makes you go into Settings to find the Sign-Out. Health records are so important, Sign-out should be obvious in the top toolbar.
1 ★Think this app sucks. can not enter it once it was setup. Looks like it will not recognize my password.
1 ★This app is GARBAGE. It's a crappy web browser that only displays one page, and does so much more poorly than an actual web browser. Tried to use it to make an appointment with my doctor but got put in an endless loop of find doctor : make an appointment : login : find a doctor. There doesn't seem to be a way to make an appointment despite the fact that there are several links and icons suggesting that you can. MyChart is amazing, this is garbage a five year old could code. Developers suck.
1 ★This app is useless. If you can access your portal with a web browser, do that instead of wasting your time with this app. I tried to video conference my doctor via this app several weeks ago and it disconnected. I reconnected via browser on my laptop using the same wifi and no problem. This morning this app told me at 6:45 am (yes it woke me up) that I had a message from my doctor. I tried to access with this app and "404 Not Found" error. Browser on my laptop, no problem. Uninstalling now.
1 ★Terrible app. I'm told to download this app to receive messages from my Doctor. Absolutly does not work! Says not connected, error or i must have the code or link from my Doctors email notification. I've done everything possible and still can't get into it. Called the help line and got put on hold automatically and just couldn't spend anymore time waiting and trying over and over. I've now been trying to get into it for over 3 hours straight. Zero stars from me for real....
1 ★Now, I usually don't give a poor review. BUT! Something has changed with my portal. There seems to be some type of change. There is an error message on the screen. WTH! happened?!?!? I rely on my portal for update, etc. The error message: No Connections Found Thank you for your interest in the HealtheLife mobile app. Access is currently unavailable. You must have an online portal connection with a participating healthcare provider to participate. It was working prior to this message.
1 ★This app is not user friendly. When trying to reschedule an appointment you shouldn't have to "select recipient" the app should direct it to the right place when you click "reschedule appoint." And you should be able to cancel your appointment at any time. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops. I literally hate this app. UI is 0 out of 5 stars. I only use it for the medicine list, since nothing else works.
1 ★Ive only been able to access the portal once when I set it up. Cannot change password, been calling the clinic for assistance in changing my password. Helped once but was still unable to access.
2 ★Can't sign in at all! I either get a blank page with a circle, or get passed back to the login screen! I selected fingerprint login, but that just causes the app to close! FIX THIS APP! Still can't sign in. Can't use my fingerprint, and when i use my login u/n & p/w, all i hey is the sign in page. VERY frustrating!!!
