• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

5 ★Overall experience was great! App works smoothly, communication is also great! I don't have to overthink and spend a lot of time dealing with laundry.
2 ★For the rates they're charging, you expect to get a proper service but unfortunately, the carpet came back smelling horrible, they charged me extra sqm and haven't replied with a solution for more than a week now and it's very hard to reach someone over the phone with them. I regret it and strongly don't recommend using their services.
5 ★Great service! Love the app notifications and are able to track when the driver is coming. Everything is washed and folded perfectly and bagged nicely. Even cleaned my sofa pillow perfectly!
1 ★I used one time in Bahrain the price was reasonable the delivery and pickup was on time, so I decided to use again in London it was terrible experience they doesn't know how to clean your coat first send me an email they can't delivery on time it will be next day afternoon then they asking to charge for remove the stains £20 each... what a joke? In the end we have to extend for the hotel another 1 night in London and pay for their luandry £337 what kind of price is this luandry ?
4 ★The app is really easy to use and makes the Laundryheap experience even better! However I needed to update my post code between collection and delivery which I can't do (understandably!). But I couldn't find out to contact customer support in the app to help me update this. Also during the collection/delivery, you can track the driver which is amazing, but easier to do in browser than the app
1 ★App doesn't work (even after update) and keeps getting stuck at loading screen. No real way to getting in touch with the driver for any emergency, and timings are inaccurate and keeps getting delayed. Non existent customer service and it's been truly frustrating to use this app. It didn't use to be like that before but now this app and service is simply unusable.

5 ★This app is 1 of the best that I have navigated and the service is excellent. I have read some negative reviews so i can only vouch for my own experience which is very good, it saves me the walking, parking, getting change, waiting to use a dryer in a launderette and folding of clothes. Yes, you do pay but the cost outweighs the inconvenience of doing it yourself and plus you can be at home or doing other stuff in the knowledge that somebody is taking care of it for you. I'm glad I found it.
1 ★Updated review for an order placed on the 11th of Nov I have given two separate batched (light & dark) to be washed and dried When the batch got delivered back it was the wrong batch. So I have received someone else's clothes and never received my own. When I contacted the help team, they have been very slow to respond. It's been three days now and my clothes are nowhere to be found. Very frustrating because all of my son's school uniform is there and my partner's work clothes and my clothes.

1 ★CAUTION: Use at your own risk. When it works, it works smoothly, but when a hiccup happens, it's REALLY bad. Lost all my clothes in a recent order; driver never came to deliver while he claims otherwise, and of course Laundryheap doesn't keep any record/physical evidence of the clothes being delivered to the right place. Their prices are ridiculous. They charge 80 QAR just for the booking (doesn't matter if you have 1 cloth or 10), and then on top of that some more after delivery! CRAZY. AVOID!
5 ★(Dublin) My very 1st time to use the service, there was a mix up with one of my bags, but was sorted within a couple of hours, communication is very quick & responsive with customer support and friendly drivers, i wasn't expecting next day delivery when ordering late in the afternoon, I'm really happy so far. I used the website, ill update if there's any issues with the app.
