Ordering through the app makes it a breeze just place your order and walk into the store to pick up the order. I have never experienced any technical difficulties and the app has never caused issues with my phone. If you enjoy Dunkin do yourself a favor and go ahead and down load the app.
1 ★Would be nice if I could see the actual location of the Dunkin before ordering there. Unless everyone else has the address of every dd memorized. Every time I order from here I have to look up the address to make sure that I'm getting the correct location of 1 of the 10+ dd locations in my town on the same Rd. The photo of the map is the size of my fingerprint and is useless. Last time I ordered, I changed the location and it flipped it back to the previous location.
1 ★I ve used this app for years. For the last few days it won't open or when it tries to open it kicks me off to my main screen. I've tried installing and Uninstalling several times. Had to go thru my car yesterday looking for lose change to lay for my coffee Currently it's saying that my app has a bug and I need to wait for the developer to fix it
1 ★Apparently I'm not the only one this keeps happening too! Someone else in the comments is having the same issue. The app loads for 1 second and then immediately closes automatically. Can not get the app to load, used it for years. Customer service hasn't resolved anything. I'm not spending any more money at dunkin until I can use the app again.
1 ★My points expired? I've been going to dunkin'for a long time now and always use the app. I was saving up my points just to find out I lost 700 of them. Honestly I've probably lost more because I was attempting to get to 1,000. Not only is the new reward system awful, the points I did have got taken away? What a ridiculous system. Fix your methods. I won't be buying anymore dunkin'just make the coffee at home now.
1 ★I used this app almost every day for 2 years, almost 3 years & now it won't even open. it pretends to load then goes away & i have over 3000 reward points saved as well as it originally crashed in the middle of an order & wouldn't reopen. I let it go that day because i was already running late, and now i won't even open & nothing has worked to fix it, so thanks guys! not.
1 ★The app is unusable and won't load and hasn't for weeks now. Tried to submit a ticket and detailed the issue and explained there's no update. First reply said they knew of the issue and to update. There's no update. Second reply asked what location and item I'm ordering. None, the app won't load which was detailed in my first message. I stopped receiving any reply. I've missed out of weeks of points and rewards and my boosted status, as well as the coupons.
4 ★Usually great but lately, every time I open it I'm logged out, and it often also makes me enter a text code when I log back in. This is very frustrating when I'm sitting in the drive through. I expect things to be ready when I open the app. It also sometimes takes forever to load when I first open it. It sits on the white screen for quite a while.
5 ★Update: This is now working. Thank you to the quick responses from the team. Crashing. I have used the app once and it was fine. Now I am trying to order again and the app crashes every time I attempt to open. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app/reinstalled it twice, and Even tried both WiFi and mobile data all with same results. Hello Dunkin, I have followed the link below and submitted a ticket/comment thru that system.
1 ★The app is not working properly anymore. It won't download the app terms and conditions which is preventing the use of the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, clearing the data and the cache in settings and restarting my phone. Nothing is working. I agree with others mentioning the ability to scan your receipts for points after the fact because you can't gain points for purchases while this damn app is malfunctioning.
5 ★I absolutely love Dunkin', including the name change by dropping donuts, and the app helps save money and makes ordering much easier. Plus you can get your order together in the app and order in store if you'd rather. Love using this app 🙄 The app works alright though, I wouldn't charge so many points for a latte. Please add liquid sugar options for hot coffee too, that'd be great. Maybe an option to use a military discount as I'm a Veteran. 😊
1 ★This app is so painfully slow to load up. I had to take my credit card out to pay because I was holding up the drive thru. Also this application has been out so long and it still hasn't figured out a tipping system. Lastly their deals and monthly deals have been getting less and less and more disappointing.
