3 ★Mercedes me App not letting me sign in. States signing in error try again! Have uninstalled /reinstalled several times on my Samsung S8 Plus Smartphone and the problem still exists! Help !!
1 ★No where near good enough, I've used this app on a few different Android devices and its never quite worked - or in this case has stopped working. I'm paying for a number of features which are not giving accurate readings (mileage is wrong and not updating, fuel is stating full), I get an error message when locking my unlocked car. I cant trust the app to accurately state if the car has then been locked, and I paying for this feature. Really disappointed.
3 ★The app is very good, but the features are few considering that I paid €40 per year only for the diagnostic services (and the car itself costs more than €40k). For this price I would also like to have the possibility to view the car's location. Furthermore, for diesel vehicles, it would be interesting to be able to view the AdBlue level and the range.
2 ★I've lost count of the amount of times I've uninstalled and then reinstalled this app. Some of the security services I'm subscribed to are not available, such as 'Geofencing' and 'Vehicle Locator' eventhough they don't expire from my plan until March 2020. These are extremely important to me but have not been available for around 10 months now. Even the Star Expert at my Mercedes dealership hasn't managed to reinstall the services. very frustrated, very disappointed!
1 ★Since the recent update I can only rarely get the app to open. The same error message appears continually "Connection could not be established. Please try again later." Three weeks further on and this paid-for app is still failing. I have spent considerable time writing to Mercedes Me but their only solution is to delete the app and then re-install it. This works for a short time then it fails again. Worse still, from their last e-mail it is clear they are not treating my complaint seriously. This is the worst app on my phone - by a wide margin.
1 ★It crashes too often. It is unable to connect too often. It has lost the car registration completely the 2nd time. This app is frustrating considering you are paying thousands for the extras. You should invest in better quality assurance. Today it does not start anymore saying a new version was published. However this one isn't available in the store. It is not getting better.
4 ★Its surprisingly useful like the fact i dont always need go grab ma keys just to open my car and it means i can walk away and have peace of mind that i can still lock it , though i do wish the app was updated so i could like unlock/lock my car from my smart watch it would just be a little bit nicer to use. Though i do feel the fact you pay to use it is a tad annoying like especially for a premium brand.
2 ★The terms and conditions can't be accepted directly in the app. In order to accept them, the app forwards you to a browser like web page (very slow), that often crashes. The same happens, when you try to activate or deactivate certain services - it is not possible to activate the services directly in the app - you are always forwarded to "Go to Mercedes me Portal" and the web page crashes constantly, so you are forced to use a PC... I expected more from a Mercedes-Benz App...
2 ★Needs some work on this. Very buggy app
2 ★Menu is not intuitive, you have to go to unexpected areas to find what you want. When updating, you need to reintroduce login and password once again. You NEED to update whenever there is a new version, not up to us. Annoying that I cannot choose my language independent of my country of residence (I live in belgium but want to be able to use English). Has some interesting features, but beyond that, it is a bad app.
1 ★This remains an awful app. For example, the pre-entry has to be set every time and can't be set, say a week at a time. I'm a commuter and my commute doesn't change! Also this app is clunky and incredibly slow. I mean really slow. Given it supports Mercedes it is not in keeping with a 'high quality' brand. Now been using for over a year.
1 ★Registration fails. The first time the confirm email link opens a blank browser page. The second time I click I get, "for security reasons your registration has been cancelled". This has happened both through the app and through their web portal. I think this service is in desperate need of more competent people to maintain it.. it makes me wander if I made the right choice to get the car if a simple registration process does not work.
