1 ★Purchased Carista EVO adapter to use with Carista app for reprogramming TPM sensors on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner, as they advertise this functionality for this model/year of vevicle. This feature did not work on my vehicle and I was advised that my vehicle uses a different communication protocol. I have zero modifications. Carista refused to refund any money, including the ridiculous $20/month subscription. Was told this may be fixed in a future update, but not given an ETA.
5 ★Simply, an exceptional experience with this unit.
1 ★Poor support. Does not work for relearning TPMS sensors as stated on product documentation.
1 ★I only need it twice a year to re-program TPMS. Very expensive, just for that. This year after the subscription it no longer connects with my ELM adapter, which worked with the app some months before. Very frustrating.
1 ★I didn't like the subscription method update: Yes but for my own car I usually need to modify obd2 settings one time every couple of months so it's not fair to subscribe for one month each time edit one setting, I would suggest if there's a one time purchase on a car based

1 ★forced login before I can test to see if it's worth signing up for. Then they lied to me, saying that I can still check compatibility and run a basic scan. The login screen is the very first thing that happens when I activate the app. Do not pass go, do not check compatibility, nothing. Like I said, forced login. If I knew how to block a developer from ever showing up on my searches, this would be one of them.
5 ★unlocks user friendly things like windows up/down with lock button. removes reverse beep on my prius prime plus much more. the diagnostics are amazing I got live feed from each wheel speed sensor and each tpms wheel even though the car can't specify which one. this is 100% worth the money. to unlock all the features there is a fee. 1st year is like 29.99 something like that. there's a few options.

2 ★I bought the adapter and app years ago and it was working great and recently I made some customizations to my car with the old adapter. I recently updated the app and now it says that I need to buy an EVO adapter to change my customizations, that's messed up, why do I need to buy a new adapter if the one I have was working just fine. Stuff like this will make me move to another platform. Why force me to upgrade my adapter?
