1 ★Even if the devaluation is necessary to keep the ChopePerks program alive, the way it was handled and communicated was absolutely unacceptable. I used to check Chope for deals and book through Chope to earn the Chope Dollars, but now it feels like a superfluous step that I can cut out as there is very little benefit for using this service and loyalty program. I am uninstalling this app. Feel free to delete my remaining Chope Dollars, I mean, you already took 2/3rds of the value anyways.
1 ★Useless promo. They have this BK promo but I have been unable to order at all. Once paid, paying status stayed at processing and it seemed timed out and automatically cancelled my orders. Yet the order staus wouldn't update at all, making me wait until eternity, until I stumbled upon the tiny notification button that showed my orders being cancelled. Waste of my time. Note that there was no popup, no sound no notification at all. You have to click onto the notification button to see.
1 ★There are so many modes of payment but your app only uses Paylah which is one of the more inconvenient payment mode (why not Paynow?? They take payment from different banks). Paid for the voucher but it wasn't reflected immediately in the app, had to dble check my email. App has good intentions but seriously you have to offer more modes of payment, it's so frustrating and annoying to use.
2 ★chope is rigid and can't make amendments
1 ★I purchase voucher that has email confirmation sent to me but the app did not reflect the voucher and I can't find anywhere to ask for help in the app itself. Kinda messy app with too many button that won't be using anyway. Really should clean up your app and put in some useful buttons and not just blindly wack hope your guys hit something good...
2 ★Although this is quite a useful app, it has limited options, should include all NEA hawker centres and more fast food restaurants such as Long John Silver's, Popeye, Texas Chicken, A&W and so on. The notifications are unable to tap for details, need to improve the app or do necessary maintenance.
3 ★So far, it has worked as described for me. However, as someone else mentioned, the notification vibration is too long. In addition, the app is missing impt aspects such as: 1. Like function (to save restaurants we are eyeballing for either future promos or to KIV for an upcoming meal meet up with company); and 2. In app "contact" function such as email form, live chat, or contact number within stipulated hours. In this day and age, these functions should be readily available.
1 ★The app has became very terrible... the menu doesn't display when clicked on it for most of the restaurants! When you state 3 course or 4 course meal, please include what is on the menu. There is no menu for the multi courses! Has Chope gone from good to worst due to COVID19??
5 ★Been a loyal user for years. The rewards are just too good to be missed, and the app has a vast redemption options. My favorite is the 100K dining voucher and the AirAsia miles. Apart from that, reserving at a restaurant has never been this convenient and easy. Looking forward to find more interesting deals and fancy restaurants!
3 ★Super helpful and reliable, reduce hassle of calling to make reservations. Need to add more restaurants though, and might want to consider slightly more affordable restaurants to be onboard. What's with the extra large font after updating the Apps??
5 ★great app to make reservations that are instantly confirmed. never have to call the restaurant. we can also add in our special notes for special requests without having to call or email the restaurant. They have monthly great discount deals too and not to forget to mention their loyalty programme is awesome! I can redeem my points for discount vouchers at restaurants and even other rewards!! love love love!
3 ★I have problem with the app. The respond email is slow I end up mistake Bought extra and at wrong time. The discount voucher must be bought first before I could be use. There is special timing as well. This is totally confusing.. In addition there is chop dollars for and chop deals
