2 ★Drivers should be able to leave feedback after seeing the tips from the customer. If Ive brought 2 bags full of food & 8 drinks, for a 3$ after driving across town... But you cant see the earnings until after youve rated the customer.

5 ★Great second job! I have been working with Cargo for over a year now, delivering only food, and I love it! It's a great way to make money, if you're willing to put in the time. The support you get from them is always prompt and professional. While the app does occasionally have it's glitches, they are quickly addressed and corrected. I do have a request, I would like to see a "dark mode" in the app for nighttime.

3 ★There have always been issues it seems whenever I first log in. Sometimes have to log out, reboot phone, log in 2 or 3 times before it actually "takes". Usually have good luck with the app after that. Recently, the map does not give me the route to take, so I have to use a 2nd app to find the route - I do not like that part at all - having to switch back & forth between apps to see customer name, where to go, click arrived, where to go, click end ride - it's just a pain to do this every time. As for the work and the company - I love it. I can work around my schedule & the pay is usually pretty decent. Not always, but I like meeting people & helping people, so this part-time gig is great for me.

3 ★Sometimes this app works very well, at other times, not so good. The notification sound for a delivery order is faint. Would be nice to be able to change the sound or at least raise the volume of the notification sound. The driver would really appreciate being able to change sounds on the alerts.

3 ★Sent an email to developer. On iPhone, the notification sound can barely be heard. Need to allow user to change this to a sound they can truly hear. Otherwise, it's a good app.
