1 ★What the absolute $@%r of an update. Doesn't track properly at all, won't save, can't finish the trips, the app just locks up... Yesterday's tracking updated on its own 4 times today... and put the miles in all 4 times and they were all different. Did 960 miles in 1 day ... The fix is simple, roll back to the version that actually worked. Uninstall and reinstall did nothing, its still unresponsive.
1 ★Ever since the update, the mileage tracking has this consistent problem where the location tracking adds THOUSANDS of miles to my trip for no discernable reason. About a third of the time, I have to delete a small trip and enter it manually because a 6 mile trip has been recorded by the app as 10,000 or more miles. This happens at least twice a week, just enough for me to never really trust the app, and think it's time to use something different next year.
1 ★The type of drive right above the GPS tracker is inconvenient as it gets moved from what may have been selected and it doesn't have it as a final option. Another thing is that the tracking map is so small and it's so glitchy just to try to zoom in and out to make sure that it's actually tracking your mileage correctly. Two updates in this past week and the app still closes and erases data when it's supposed to be tracking. Defeats the purpose currently, also overcomplicated eyesore design.
1 ★For the last month the app has been glitching on me. I would travel so many miles then check on my progress in the app and it would shoot a straight line across the city from my last location to where I'm at now, not tracking the stops in miles in between. And today it won't let me log in I keep trying to reset my password but it will not send me the email to do it. Never had problems with them before but there is no one to help you fix this problem now, I feel that my year of records are lost
1 ★The last 2 updates are absolutely ATROCIOUS!!! The color & font changes make the app more difficult to navigate. The 1st of the last 2 updates made the Notification Icon very small, the 2nd all but it disappear - it literally looks like a period it's so tiny. Now, the 2nd update, EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN THE APP insists on asking me SEVERAL questions to set up a profile that was set up more than 3 years ago. Undo this mess or I will have no choice but to find another app.
1 ★This App used to track miles well. Now with the latest update it has been not tracking miles well and flat out not recording trips that were factually tracked by it. Ridiculous. Also the annoying popping up notifications for health insurance and other services are highly unproductive, the close button doesn't work well so it takes you the advertising website. Biggest thing is the failure to record trips since the last update, you have one job to do!
1 ★Used to be great. Now they changed the weekly earnings entries and it's impossible for me to tell which weeks of income I've added and which I missed and haven't added yet. They just made the app useless for me, for no reason, with no opt out option. Stop trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist. *Edit* Tracking has gotten worse, with the app randomly deciding to stop tracking, cutting off corners with long, straight lines, when it finally pings the location again.
1 ★I don't know what happened, I have used this app for a good 3 1/2 -4 years and it had never gave me problems. Since this last update, I am CONSTANTLY having issues. The app crashes or doesn't track my miles. It's become a daily thing. This is going to screw up my taxes. I am afraid if it's not fixed by the end of the year, I'm switching to a different app that works properly. I can not afford to have this happening.
1 ★After the second to last update, I have not been able to get mileage tracking to be accurate. That update things were recorded as around 5x more than actually given. This newer update is better, but it's still quoting around double, which makes this app almost completely useless for me. I simply can't use it to audit for my work mileage if I can't get consistent tracking on the app. I will probably have to delete and find something else, which is disappointing having used it for the last 3 years
1 ★1 starred for now because what the heck is going on?? Why change a good thing? The app is glitching out like crazy. Tried to use it last night while working and noticed the miles were awfully low. That's because it kept restarting at 0 for whatever reason. So I decided to turn it off and then I went back in the app later and it randomly turned mile tracking back on?? And today I open the app up and it's crashing constantly and saying I somehow drove 45 miles in my sleep? 🤦
2 ★I have used since 2016ish & rated it a 5, but the latest updates failed to record 2 drives now. It now takes more memory and adds cute statements for an app that I really need to be no nonsense. I don't like the ads. However I understand as a free app that this is just part of the arrangement. But it is LESS functional with the extra frills added in Nov Dec 2023. I see it's supposed to be a backup but did I say I am missing two drives of over 400 miles+ each since the new version...
1 ★After this most recent update, my app totally stops recording my trips. I've had multiple trips that stopped recording as soon as the phone locks, backs out the app, changed screens, etc. it automatically starts a new trip when u reopen the app and doesn't save nor allow the troops to run in the background. I don't know what y'all changed with this update but fix it please
