1 ★Pathetic experience. Don't deliver on time. Delayed the order by 4 hours. And customer care are most rude and not at supporting.
1 ★Ordered flowers and cake for the first time through the app using express delivery. 1. They were late and failed to deliver on time which was 7-9 but it showed delivered at around 11. 2. Next day, when I called the person who was supposed to receive it, didn't receive it. They even called the person who was supposed to deliver and they said, since no one answered, the order was canceled. Contacted their support regarding this, raised multiple tickets, they closed it without refunding. Terrible

A company that would upset a recipient of a delivery.Blames buyer and recipient for not foreseeing the future and accept a dead perishable item a week late when given 2 weeks notice for a delivery on a set date.
