1 ★Even not a single star App. Have a worst experience with FNP.Planned celebration is spoiled.I have never seen such a worst Online service.On 25.04.2021 i have ordered a cake, but they didn't deliver it & not even informed the delay of delivering.Called many tmys the customer service no response, waited for 3hrs finally the call was connected & no proper response."Once order placed & can't be cancel ,Even no COD option" .There is no update & track order not working.Refund policy is very bad.
2 ★Pathetic.. ordered red rose bouquet.. in the photo it was so good. But they delivered totally different. Instead of Red ribbon they were using velvet ribbon, no seasonal fillers. Few roses are long and few are really short. I won't recommend this app. And most importantly i paid for express delivery and delivery time was 12 to 3pm. But they didn't deliver it on time. After so many Phone calls, complains they deliver it at 5 pm. No value of time.
1 ★Pathetic service. There is no timeline for them to deliver the product and after we contact the customer service all of them will copy and paste the auto generated mail responses. The delivery date is over and still product is being prepared to be shipped and there is no one to tell when it will be delivered.

Raised ticket, multiple follow up no result. 3. Kid birthday cake, spoiled with no name written on it and no birthday tag as promised. Again Raised ticket, multiple follow up no result. Please don't waste your money, energy and celebration with the disgusting ferns n petals.
1 ★Ordered a cake and flower but the condition of the cake was worst....it was totally damaged and I even raised the query on the same day as soon as the cake was delivered and till now there is not respond...People say it's a good place to order cake but I don't feel the same...when they don't respond to there customer...then investing in this type of company is totaly wasted...they asked me for feedback then also I gave the same response but there is no action taken for the same....
1 ★Pathetic service.They don't deliver on time,they cancel orders suddenly.there is no tracking system.There customer care number does not work and they don't even answer to the complaints.They have not refunded my money despite mail sent and complaint so many times .Don't ever order from this app ...worst app.The app is just to loot innocent people!!
1 ★Very pathetic. My friends ordered photo frame for my birthday and paid Rs. 900. But the product I received was very cheap and poor quality. They had pasted picture on a very thin cardboard. Not worth the price at all. Worst experience. When I emailed customer service I didn't even get a reply.
1 ★Do not use this app! Worst experience ever.. I ordered many and got only few stuffs delivered with no further notice they Abruptly cancelled my order! I haven't got my refund as well.. When raised tickets no response. Pointless and waste app! I'd rather go to some shop and purchase in person.
1 ★How pathetic service. No timeline is maintained . Even though you give a particular timeline for delivery they don't maintain it. They just deliver it whenever they feel like . Same thing happened today when my husband was in office they called for delivery when the timeline given was between evening 6:00 to 9:00 . And that's it they wrote attempted delivery and no refund and no attempt to deliver it during the actual timeline.
1 ★Worst Ever! I wish I could give a negative 5 star for this app. Very poor and irresponsible service from them. Ordered cake for birthday purpose. They have promised to deliver within 3 pm. But it wasn't delivered on that day. Tried calling them for multiple times. They keep the call on hold for more than 10 minutes. My main issue is if you guys are unable to deliver the product then atleast give us some notifications within time so that we can arrange it from somewhere else. "-5" star.
1 ★This is a genuine review and not out of frustration. While delays in deliveries are acceptable, I happened to be the victim of the worst experience with FNP. Lessons learnt: 1. Don't trust the order confirmation email from FNP. 2. As per their policies you will not get to speak to the delivery person directly even if the delivery is delayed by 30 mins already. 3. The CS representative is just a mere delegator. They do not help to escalate your problems. I had to file a ticket to get traction
1 ★Very bad service, really disappointed. I ordered two parcels one was delivered 2 days prior to selected date.....and the other one was delivered late. And when asked about the delivery instead of telling me y parcel got late....they are sending me a reply u can track your parcel in Track Order. I know that, I just wanted to know was it delivered late. Bcz if I am paying to get it delivered on a particular date, and still it's late you are loosing the whole purpose of choosing date.
