3 ★Constantly have to go into my profile to make sure it's what I set it as. It constantly deletes my information I set. And I hate that if I go to a different app, Paltalk closes completely. And one other thing...to send stickers, you have to pay $20 just for one. It's absurd. Many updates need to be done.
1 ★No customer support. I haven't been able to log in for over a week. Sent messages on their website and Facebook page, no response. No phone support. Deleted cache, Uninstalled/reinstalled app, tried logging in from different isps, nothing worked.
1 ★Kinda liked PalTalk years ago but haven't used it since. I recently installed and tried out the app. Didn't like it. Unlike most other platforms, you can not simply delete your account. You have to go through a silly request process. Now that my account is deleted I can uninstall.
4 ★I've been on Paltalk since they launched the app back in the late eighties. It works ok from a phone as long as you have a good data or wifi connection. Sometimes mine freezes and I have to leave and come back in. Otherwise the app is pretty good. Even though I don't have a subscription there are enough chat rooms for me to get into. One thing that's a must is everyone must have a profile including your age to get in and stay in a chat room. If you don't you'll be bounced out of the chat rooms.
4 ★I've used pal talk and several chat rooms while they've been entertaining they also have shown me that there are some shady people out there . I've been perved on so many times it made me leave the app . I come and go as a result . Updates are awesome. The format has changed evolved into an much more enjoyable way to participate in the rooms . Depending on what a person is looking for. Keep up the good work. It's amazing..
2 ★It's okay but lacks many of the features that I am accustomed to using other social media apps such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram and so on. One of my biggest issues is that I can't login to the desktop app and mobile app at the same time. Also file sharing doesn't work properly. It is seemless in other social media apps. It doesn't seem to follow Android theme as the fonts are too small. Please bring it in line with social media apps as it has a vibrant community but the app lets it down
2 ★There is still no way to use the microphone on the keyboard for voice to text while in a chat room, like there used to be. That feature helped when my hands were tired of texting, so my hands would not continually go numb. Please, bring it back. Okay, thank you.
1 ★Paltalk program has changed over the years. I haven't been on paltalk in many years. One thing i did notice is, the game is the same just the players have changed. I asked people in 2 rooms how to find ones profile to fill it out. No one could help me because i'm on mobile. I even got kicked out of a room for not going on cam or mic! Seriously? People can use you're image or voice for deviant use. Had to delete the app. Update: Now u get one star. The ap truly sucks
1 ★The voice too high and suddenly the voice disappears and the app keep crashing from time to time. I don't understand why all the old issue still there? You taking a lot of money from users accounts, stickers ads etc .. but you are not improving the app at all. Not good
1 ★I did not want this app. I am trying to cancel it but having trouble doing it. Can you help I am still not able to cancel this app. I would appreciate it if you could cancel it have went to support.paltalk and got no response. Still paying for something I do not have. Still cannot get response from support. Do not think they want to answer so I continually have to pay for something I do not have. It is now the end of Sept. And still cannot get the app I do not have stopped.
3 ★After the update... We ecounter unstable audio to the rooms. We need to log in/out many time before we hear the audio regardless if we are using mobile, pc or laptop. Its so annoying and frustrating. Please do something about this.
4 ★Chatters including myself using mobile phones can experience loss of sound in a room but it seems to depend on whether one is using an upto date smart phone. Apart from that very satisfied with this app.
