3 ★Works, but not great. I had to wait for the monthly invoice and pay it manually, i.e. it was not possible to link the App to a credit card, PayPal account, etc. for instant/automatic payment. This is annoying. Waiting for an invoice like in pre-internet times...
2 ★This app is worse than EasyPark in almost every way. It's not possible to pay with card immediately, assigning time it's very hard to pick anything under a few hours because the slider is so inflexible and it doesn't have a great UI. Obviously it doesn't help the feeling when you HAVE to use it in some locations where they have monopoly on the charging technology. But it's not terrible. I just would never opt to using it over alternatives if I had the choice.
3 ★Works good, but a few more payment options would be nice! Like PayPal or something that works more smoothly than the options you have now. So you don't have to keep track of all the places you have to update your card when you get a new one. And a way were you can allow the app to prolong the parking automatically in case you forget or don't here the warning. Where you can set parameters for how much extra time or money the app is allowed to add.
1 ★No guidance in the app as to how to use the app. Instructions follow later via email. After starting the app for the very first time there is no notification or choice as to how to pay for the parking fee. At first, I didn't know how the parking fee will be charged. Only after I read some mail from Parkster several days later I realized that I will be getting a mail several weeks later with payment information. In the end I got an on-the-spot fine for parking without a valid ticket. Oh yeah, want a receipt? Please go "Plus"! Want a reminder to stop parking? Please go "Plus"! Want to change some account settings, or just check them? Please visit a Website in Swedish. Seems like you're in for a treat if you miss one of the many emails with payment claims from Parkster. One will have to pay every single parking fee individually by bank transfer. Well done Parkster.
2 ★The search function does not work at all. E.g. if you search for Grafing, then it shows no results, even there are many available. In the "around me" mode, the parking lots are shown. But this does not help if I want to go to another city and want to check beforehand where the parking lots are located. The zone code search is also totally useless. How would I know the zone code of a parking lot when searching in a city? Rather let the user search by the zip code.
1 ★Nice not to have to run run to parking meters. Especially convenient for resident parking. Until the parking code inexplicably changes, without you knowing it. You pay for extending the ticket as usual, but now it's not valid, which you find out when you get fees for parking without valid ticket. Fun./s Maybe I will be able to resolve this with the authorities, but Parkster is refusing to help or show interest in figuring out the issue. Blaming "the customer" for selecting incorrectly. Nice.
1 ★AVOID AT ALL COST! The app is rather good, the Company is a complete scam. Not sending invoices, but are quick with both reminders and very agressive collectors. And when THEY owe You money, it's sent by billogram, where the cost are often same amount as the repayment! If you want it to an account, it takes 4MONTHS before the billogram expires. Horrid Company, most pathetic Customer "services" on the planet. 2 phone calls, 12 emails, 6 month later, still no money!
1 ★Prepare to get tickets cause this apps funtions will give you that. Crappy warning system when your parking time runs out. Horrible slider for the time you want to park and it doesnt adjust itself to the acctual time you have to pay, so everytime you park you have to adjust instead of it it being done smart. Its all made so that you will easily forget and overpay. I bet the app owner takes all overpay money.
1 ★Very bad app. Automatically stopped the parking time. When calling the customer service I have been told that it is set up on 8h automatically, when counting the perked time (in the eeceipt i have received) it is reporting total 7h, menaing the app stopped after 7h even I set 12h parkering. Be careful using the app or dont use it at all. Very bad!
2 ★Are you kidding me? I have "enjoyed parking with parkster plus"? If I had this additional "service", I wasn't aware of it and I certainly never signed up for it. An extra 4kr per parking occasion just for the the "joy" of parking. This was a sneaky attempt at a cash grab and you know it. Shame on you.
1 ★The app works fine. However their payment process is setup in a way encouraging misstakes, in combination with their payment gateway Billogram which is known for overcharging of payment delays give me the impression of that Parkster take every opportunity to increase their revenue and not really care that much about their users, including setting traps for payment delays. I do hope there are competitors out there who better understand and prioritized their users interest.
1 ★This app is ugly. It is not intuitive. I would not use this app if Gävle kommun didn't switch from easypark to pacster. Easypark was beautiful and intuitive, there were more options for payment, it was easy to choose, adjust, change parking time, the interface was user friendly and nice looking, it was more convenient and smooth. Pacster lacks these features and it is ugly.
