3 ★Used this app to get a spot in Pittsburgh. Was a disaster from a) the navigation link in the parking pass email taking us to the wrong place to b) our vehicle not fitting due to height restrictions, and c) place was charging $7 less per spot on site than we paid through the app. Reached out to support to explain the multiple frustrations and they refunded our money. Customer service was excellent. Not sure I will use it again though due to the multiple complications we experienced.
5 ★One of the best parking (reserve) apps out there. The experience is very simple and hassle-free. Love the User experience and simplicity of the UI elements. Also, a huge list of options to choose from which is very great too! It would be really great if you can add street view enabled for locations in-app to know how the properties are well in advance :)
1 ★The app is missing key features of website. I bought a monthly pass at a garage only to learn that the garage had a separate registration form that I had to fill out, and I couldn't park there until I had filled out the form. None of this info was on the app. It was only when I logged onto SpotHero's website that I saw a much more detailed parking pass with those instructions. Complete waste of time. I should have registered directly with the parking garage instead of going through SpotHero.
5 ★Fantastic app which offers many options for good, discounted parking. Customer service is amazing and resolves issues quickly. And if you need to cancel/change a reservation, the process is quick and easy and offers refunds for cancelation in either SpotHero credit OR refunded back to your original payment method. This App and the people behind it are great all around. Highly recommend!
3 ★Booking was easy and straight-forward. However there is not enough information upfront on parking conditions. Read after I booked a spot that it could only handle sedans and very small cars, no trucks or even midsize SUVs. This information earlier in the reservation process would have allowed me to avoid this lot and look to another instead. Booking in Cleveland, OH.
5 ★I've used this app many times & am very happy w/ both the product & the service. I often use it to find cheaper parking when I go to city hotels for meetings. The app tells you if the alternative parking is a lot or garage, plus how far it is from your destination. Also, you can often get a better price than if you just show up w/ no reservation. The one time a garage was closed, they refunded the parking fee AND credited my app account for the additional amount I paid for the new space. Great!
1 ★This app crashes before it even starts up. Have tried a thousand times and it does nothing but crash as soon as I try to open it. I have sent multiple reports, they don't seem to care to fix it. Edit: I have removed and reinstalled the app several times before I made this review. I've also done it since making the review and it has made no difference. It's up to spothero to make their app compatible with my phone. There's nothing I can do from this end.
5 ★The first time using the app, I received a parking ticket. I called SpotHero, and was helped immediately. Less than one hour later my parking ticket had been taken care of. The good: easy to use, great directions, and even better instructions for each individual lot. The amount of available lots and visible rates makes it extremely easy and stress free to find and reserve a parking spot! Despite the ticket (which was an error on the part of the private lot) I will continue to use the app without any reservation. I would highly suggest and recommend this app to anyone.
1 ★(Denver, CO) I am just about done with this app. The last five times have been bad experiences with either poor directions to the garage, the garage changes location between booking and arriving, or getting locked out of the building to access the elevator to the parking levels. Will give it one more try. Would rather pay more for a good experience than use this app.
4 ★Can you please add an option to save garage locations? I can only save destinations but I want to save several parking locations near there so i can quickly find them when I need them and they're not necessarily ones I've been to before so Quick Rebook doesn't help me. Otherwise, great app! It has helped a great deal when I was stuck with no parking.
1 ★The service this company provides is amazing but I cant reccomend the application to anyone. I've had it on multiple android OS versions and it's always been buggy. My latest issues: -After inputting my vehicle and license plate, the "save vehicle" button did nothing. (Eventually this was fixed in an update) - After selecting the time I wanted to show up, the "next" button was unresponsive making it impossible to reserve a space. If you really need a spot, the mobile browser works fine.
5 ★It's a great app for finding parking. Had a issue or two when I got to the spot and someone was parked in it. I called, got help pretty quick, and they found me another spot for no charge. The only thing that needs to change is if you could see the price change by hours. Sometimes the price will double if you add a half an hour to your time. I think they operate in 3 hour time frames. So you could end up paying a lot more if you need say 3 and 1/2 hours, rather than 3 hours. Overall, it's Great.
