1 ★not showing my plan, which I bought yesterday. It stopped working suddenly after an app update and is also not in the entire app. Annoying...
5 ★Worked great for Miami Trip, picked up Wifi as soon as I landed and paid $20 through PayPal for 10GB of Data. This is so convenient.
2 ★After having paid $7 for one day the eSim, I just go error and was not able to install it (with manual method). NB: five minutes before I was able to install an eSim using Airalo without any issue. Any suggestion?
1 ★Have since changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star. Travelled to Europe where the Global plan worked in UK Iceland Netherlands , but didn't work in Spain and Germany. Followed instructions from Customer Service, but didn't work and they were so slow to respond. Took 24 hours between each response. When you're travelling you need these issues resolved asap, not 24 hours between responses. Have switched to Airalo. Works perfectly in all those countries.
3 ★It takes 15 mins for the service to become active. You will need to have roaming on to start the service. Could not make phone calls with the esim it's only a data package. I didn't need to make any phone calls since the country we visited (Norway) did everything on their websites and apps.
4 ★Tech assist was frustrating at first with patronising comments like read the troubleshooting but I eventually got put through to someone helpful who fixed everything and the speed seems fast so would use this service going forward.
1 ★This app doesn't allow you to delete your payment information or at least makes it very difficult to do so. Won't recommend this to anyone:)
5 ★I got the Asia wide plan and it worked out great for my trip. No issues when I went to South Korea, China and Hong Kong.
1 ★I'm using it in the USA, but my IP address is in Shanghai, blocking me from several sites and giving me a strange experience from others. Contacted support and they say they can't do anything. Had to subscribe to a VPN to be able to pay parking
5 ★The Esim worked great. Easy installation and connected as soon as we crossed the borders. Great affordable option for short term travel. I would recommend and use again.
