1 ★I'm sure this works well but unfortunately it didn't for meb in the country i went to, i purchased this and it worked the first few hours i arrived, i used up the first 10mb and activated the 1Gb and it worked on most of the first day, after that it refusef to connected and i still have the remainder of the 1gb left. so I'm sure it works but not anymore. luckily i managed to get a local Sim to use and i used flexiroam on my buck up number otherwise i would have been stranded
5 ★If you travel alot, this app saves you the hassle of keep changing sim cards as this sticks on your current sim and when you're roaming, switch to Flexiroam from the app and you're connected to the internet. Setting it up is easy and if you run into complications, their customer service is friendly and helpful.
5 ★Used it in Japan, 1GB starter pack lasted me a week+. Had a transiting flight at Taipei, was able to use it there as well. Great convenience. Bought a 3GB plan for my Hong Kong trip in 3 months time, there's discount for early purchase. Good travel essential, support team replies within a day. Has WhatsApp support. 5 ★Flexiroam is everything you expect it to be, except cheaper. Affordable worldwide roaming, great app and great service! I've been using it for almost a year now, travelling throughout the world and the ease of use and friendly cost-structure keeps amazing me. I'd give the app and the service 6 stars if i could.
4 ★Pretty good app where you can roam without the need to change your SIM card all the time when travelling. Rates are reasonable and according to your usage and frequency. Overall a pretty good app for those who travel frequently! One thing to note though is if the app can indicate data usage and alert users when the data is almost finishing.
1 ★Absolute rubbish and waste of money. FlexiroamX connected to overseas network operator but can't connect to internet whatsoever. Tried to activate the stupid sim card only to keep getting the invalid code error message. Total hassle and waste of my time. Live chat support was no better with a bot answering your urgent need for help while overseas with stupid template replies.
5 ★I've used this in Indonesia, Bali, France, switzerland, Italy and Germany over the last 12 months.great time saver and well priced if you buy a month in advance. Much simpler than buying and registering a new SIM each trip
3 ★Good, but not reliable. Servers are often down. Having said that, it is a valuable tool. I have probably underrated in many ways. If reliability was improves, it is an easy 5 stars. I travel a lot and it is still worth it.
5 ★An absolutely great way to stay connected. Very impressed that my 1GB data lasted me 12days in melb! I used it for googling, google-mapping n watsapp on a daily basis. It was cheaper than the aud2/day plan i usually buy when in oz. Very happy with the connectivity.
1 ★Not reliable..!! Most of the the time couldn't get connected to host Telco, as good as being denied access. I bought 5GB data, but barely used only about 0.5GB due to access being denied by host Telco. Maybe roaming on your home Telco is still a better option.
1 ★Great ideas, but just don't work well with my current 2 Sim. Faced the same problem for 2 sim card, not able to detect any network after sticking the Sim card. Will not recommend this
1 ★Purchased 500MB, three day plans for Malaysia and Singapore, cannot connect to the internet on both plans and it shows as not connected in the flexiroam app as well. I have made sure to follow the exact steps detailed (the APN name change, switch on roaming etc) to no avail. Cannot use data whatsoever.
