1 ★Non-functional interface. Creating an order is okay. But then there's no way to actually submit it. Had to call.

2 ★Ugly app - it's trying to look like an iOS app from from 2008. This app has horrible scrolling performance and the menu button of shame. Pressing the Android back button doesn't go back, it takes you out of the app entirely. Ditch your Webview app and create a native experience, please.

1 ★Horrible navigation UI. The phone's back button will take you out of the app, instead of to the previous screen. When you switch back to the app, you have to restart your order. There is a checkbox to save your credit card information with your account, but the label is missing or off the bottom of the screen, so you just have to guess what the check box is for. This is really basic stuff. But wait, it gets better, don't try to order for delivery if your address has a unit number in it. It won't accept the address (even when it's the address in USPS database), and it won't ask for the unit number/letter later. There might be a step in there where you can manually add it, but why? Every other ordering interface out there has been getting this right for years, why is this still a problem?

1 ★I started using this app twice and reflexively used the back button on my phone to try to go to the previous screen or dismiss a pop-up but the app closes every time. Useless!

3 ★There is no where for me to put delivery instructions. If there is I couldn't find it, hopefully I order enough that they just know where to go by now.
